The Job
The Demonstration Associate is responsible for bringing our toys to life through demonstration to engage and delight guests, as well as delivering the FAO Schwarz brand to each guest as they visit the store, ensuring they receive care, attention, and excitement. Demonstration Associates will perform live, interactive toy demonstrations for specific products across numerous areas of the store.

What You'll Do
Guest
- Use the FAO Schwarz selling vision to effectively engage and delight each guest.
- Create authentic connections with guests to build rapport during their visit, at times handling multiple guests simultaneously.
- Be able to adapt your style to engage both children and adults as they visit us in the store.
- Demonstrate great selling techniques to meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Be the expert in your demonstration station and ensure all information provided is accurate.
- Able to demonstrate in front of a large audience or one-on-one with the purpose of driving sales.
- Make recommendations to evolve and innovate the toy demonstrations and overall store experience that will excite our guests.
- Share expertise with colleagues to help elevate experiences for our guests.
- Be able to flag merchandising and replenishment needs to maintain standards.
- Be able to flex outside assigned demonstration as needed to support the wider store.
- Maintain good understanding of store layout and local area to be able to effectively and accurately handle guest queries.
- A dynamic and engaging personality with the ability to deliver an exciting theatrical performance in front of crowds or one-on-one with guests.
- The ability to impact sales through effective toy demonstration
- A love of toys and the FAO brand
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal ability
- Experience in a performance, acting, music, or dance background a plus.
- 1+ year experience in a fast-paced premium retail or experience-based environment preferred
- Flexible availability in line with a Flagship Retail environment across days, evenings and weekends.
- Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds, and bending, twisting, and standing for long periods of time.

The Mattel Southwest Distribution Center Toy Store is currently looking for Toy Store Associates to support day-to-day operations.
Associates will provide excellent customer service to Toy Store customers and drive store sales.
What Your Impact Will Be:
Cashiering
- Credit card transactions for retail, wholesale and charity customers at the cash register
- Process returns and exchanges
- Count till and cash drops and balance the register at the end of a shift
- Review, process, and record coupons received
- Enter new members and update member information
- Maintain order and cleanliness of the register station
- Promote "add on" items, weekly specials and other values and deals

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Select cables, ropes, pulleys, winches, blocks, and sheaves, according to weight and size of load to be moved.
+ Attach pulley and blocks to fixed overhead structures, such as beams, ceilings, and gin pole booms with bolts and clamps.

- Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships, products or services in-person to potential clients.
- Customer Service in a spa-like or similar environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution.
- Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed with easy-to-learn computer programs.
- Driven to create the best work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client.
- Promote services, skincare products and our Wellness Program, meeting performance goals
- Provide great customer service in person, through text/email and on the phone
- Schedule appointments on the phone and in person
- Maintain a clean facility by completing daily laundry and cleaning tasks
- Stock products and consumables
- Follow supervisor's instructions on tasks to maintain the day-to-day operations

- Elements Massage is looking for someone who can create an exceptional massage experience for every client every time they enter our studio
- Being the first and final face of hospitality, whether on the phone or in the studio
- Informing all clients about the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program
- Ensuring the client appointment paperwork and payment process is brief, painless, and accurate
- Working as a team with our Studio Manager and Massage Therapists to create an environment where clients are the center of the world
- The right candidate must like talking, but more importantly, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients
- Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.
