As an Account Executive focused on credit union partnerships, you will be the driving force behind revenue growth within your assigned book of business. You'll build trusted relationships with important partners, uncover strategic opportunities, and provide data-driven solutions that help credit unions excel. You will simplify complex concepts, collaborate cross-functionally, and lead consultative sales conversations will be important to your success.
What you'll do.
This is a remote position reporting to the Sales Director in the Middle Market Channel for Consumer Information Services.
+ Manage Your Portfolio: Manage and grow a defined book of business consisting of credit union clients. Implement strategies to expand existing relationships and uncover new revenue opportunities.
+ Consultative Selling: Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers to understand their challenges. Position Experian's data, software, and analytics solutions to meet their evolving needs.
+ Strategic Account Management: Maintain account plans that align with client goals and Experian's growth goals. Monitor performance, identify risks, and address issues.
+ Collaboration: Partner with other teams including product, marketing, and customer success to deliver seamless client experiences and lead long-term value and implementation.
+ Revenue Generation: Exceed sales targets by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
+ Thought Leadership: Stay informed on industry trends and credit union market dynamics. Share insights and best practices to influence internal strategy and client conversations.
+ Leadership Development: Take advantage of opportunities to grow as a leader within Experian, contributing to a culture of accountability, innovation, and trust.
*You will have a base salary (as listed) plus uncapped commission
+ 5+ years of successful sales experience with experience expanding existing relationships and revenue opportunities
+ Background in Financial Services, Technology, or related field sales
+ Credit Union experience
+ You understand corporate financial priorities and the plans designed to deliver revenue and profit expectations
+ You have experience delivering double digit revenue growth by solution selling
+ You can interact with key areas across customers' organizations, including marketing, account acquisitions, risk management, and collections.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Labor Relations Associate - Labor Relations Department Role Summary The Southern California Contractors Association (SCCA) is seeking a dynamic and personable Labor Relations Associate to join our team in Orange, California. This mid-career role offers a unique opportunity to grow into a leadership position in labor relations while contributing immediately to the success of our member-driven association. The Associate will support the administration of Master Labor Agreements (MLAs), facilitate contractor communications, and participate in labor-management initiatives that impact Southern California's critical infrastructure industry. Key Responsibilities Interpret and implement union labor agreements to support member contractors. Serve as a liaison to member companies, conducting regular check-ins and offering labor relations support. Attend labor committee meetings, grievance hearings, and labor-management adjustment board sessions. Research and prepare summaries on wage trends, work rules, grievances, and labor policies. Draft internal memos and external communications regarding labor matters. Assist members with questions and issues related to labor relations and agreements. The Labor Relations Coordinator plays a vital role in the company's labor relations function by supporting the Director of Labor Relations and HR team members as they prepare for negotiations and implement contract changes. This position serves as a central point of coordination between labor, payroll, and HR teams, helping to drive proactive labor management.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
- Assist in the preparation and support of collective bargaining negotiations by analyzing bargaining unit demographics, job classifications, wage structures, benefit costs and other critical data.
- Prepare cost models and comparative analyses, including local economic conditions. Coordinate with payroll to implement updated wages and benefit contributions, and verify accuracy of changes after contract ratification.
- Maintain accurate records of union wage rates, dues, and fund contribution rates within payroll systems.
- Support audits involving wage, benefit, and dues compliance, providing documentation and data as requested.
- Manage a centralized database of all collective bargaining agreements, including expiration dates, notice timelines, and key provisions.
- Maintain a grievance and arbitration tracking log, ensuring timely and organized recordkeeping of each case from filing through resolution.
- Track and send timely notices to unions as required under each agreement.
- Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
