The Pressure Washing Technician is responsible for the maintenance and appearance 25 RaceTrac convenience stores in a designated region. This individual is responsible for pressure washing the high traffic areas of two locations per night and conducting Ad hoc washes as time allows. The Pressure Washing Technician is also responsible for reporting any outdoor lighting maintenance or repairs needed via Service Channel.
Responsibilities:
- Completely pressure washes the sidewalk and front parking places of two store locations per night
- Treats stained areas with chemical degreaser prior to washing
- Operates and maintains company provided hot water pressure washer
- Washes the underside of fuel canopies as directed by the RSM
- Washes other requested structures on site as directed by the RSM
- Responsible for the protection of fuel dispensers, customer's vehicles, and customer safety as related to the washing activities
- Responsible for maintaining stock and installing normal wear parts that keep washing equipment operable
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining a stock of pretreatment chemicals
- Ability to work an overnight schedule

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Be able to perform all assigned tasks which typically include but are not limited to the following:
- Check and make sure the company vehicle, pressure washer machinery, hoses, chemicals, and tools are stocked and in working order
- Visit clients and understand their pressure washing needs

This is a fulltime 12 month role. Pressure washing peak months are March-September/Oct, other months will be responsible for carpet cleaning/floor care jobs.

Our truck is a 2023 Silverado 4500 that 20' long and carries 900gal of water. you are going to need to be comfortable driving it. safely!
Our process allows us to service buildings of up to 5 stories from the ground but sometimes we need to use a ladder or lift.
