The Advance Practice Provider (APP) provides family centered care in an expanded role that incorporates comprehensive assessment skills, diagnostic ability, critical thinking, independent decision making, collaborative management of health and illness problems, leadership within complex systems, and the ability to critically analyze and translate research findings into practice. The APP assumes accountability for professional actions, and incorporates risk management strategies into clinical practice. The APP works collaboratively to empower children and their families to make informed decisions regarding their health care, including health promotion, prevention of disease or complications, and attainment of a peaceful death, when applicable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides specialty health care services to children by assessment, diagnosis, management and evaluation of care. Consults with other members of the healthcare team, coordinates care, and makes referrals to other health care providers.
- Functions as a consultant, educator, and resource to colleagues and other disciplines.
- Delivers family centered, evidence-based care in a nonjudgmental and nondiscriminatory manner.
- Documents all aspects of health care delivery appropriately, communicating with other providers in the community to promote continuity of care.
- Participates in research and practice evaluation, and utilizes findings to support and advance evidence-based practice.
- Protects the human and legal rights of the pediatric patient and family. Adheres to the ANA Code of Ethics for nurses. Maintains confidentiality within legal and regulatory parameters.
- Advocates for the child, and works with families, social service agencies and the courts when there is concern about child abuse, neglect, or other forms of family violence.
- Assumes accountability for professional practice development and supports/contributes to Nursing Shared Governance within the Professional Practice Model.
Qualifications:
- Certification and Florida Licensure as APRN or PA.
- BLS through American Heart Association
- Must obtain Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Certification, if applying as a Family Nurse Practitioner, within 3 years of hire.

What You Will Do:
As a Coke Florida Merchandiser, you will be responsible for replenishing, merchandising products at all designated accounts. As a Merchandiser you will be the primary Coke Florida associate in customer accounts to continuously stock Coke Florida products to replenish our consumer needs. Our Merchandisers maintain customer relationships across all sales channels.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements in compliance with company standards
- Maintain appropriate product inventory levels in beverage sections and throughout accounts including shelf allocation and cold equipment
- Manage back stock inventory levels and trade breakage in assigned accounts
- Meet customer service expectations through daily communication, problem resolution, and appropriate follow-up
- Maintain professional r elationship s with co-workers, customers and shoppers
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels, company assets and point of sale, ensuring account meets company merchandising standards. Properly face and spin product per applicable standards
- Conduct store surveys
- Communicate account activities, including equipment service needs, to appropriate parties
- Maintain merchandising standards while rotating products each time in designated accounts
- Organize backroom inventory in an ordered manner
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment, sales floor, and shelves
- Transport, replace, and maintain point of sale advertising as appropriate for account

For this role, you will need:

Driving records, including minor moving violations, will be evaluated according to Coke Florida guidelines to determine eligibility for the Sales Merchandiser position.

- Associate Degree /1-2 Yr. College - Univ. Degree
- 1+ year previous sales/merchandising experience
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Excellent planning and organization skills

This role is extremely physical, to be eligible you must have the:
- Ability to repetitively lift, carry and position objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance frequently
- Ability to repetitively push and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance while kneeling, squatting, reaching about the head, reaching at the waist, reaching below the knees and bending at the knees frequently
- Ability to repetitively push and pull manual transport equipment (for example, pallet jack or hand truck) containing product loads up to a minimum of 100 yards without assistance frequently
- Ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to exert oneself physically over sustained periods of time to complete job activities
- Ability to read information in small, medium and large print
- Ability to stand a minimum of 8 hours during the workday up to 10 hours
- Ability to walk a minimum of 4 hours during the workday
- Frequently work in a hot/humid indoor environment
- Ability to use an audio headset to listen to directions in English
