As a Personal Care Aides (PCA), you'll work 1-on-1 with your clients inside their homes, and support them with the following types of activities:
+ Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry and basic cleaning

**Responsibilities**
+ Formulate, develop, and test new skincare products including lotions, creams, serums, cleansers, and other personal care items.
+ Collaborate with the R&D team to translate market trends and customer needs into innovative product concepts.
+ Conduct stability, compatibility, and performance testing to ensure product safety and efficacy.
+ Perform troubleshooting of laboratory batches of varying skin care products.
+ Develop and maintain detailed documentation of formulations, testing protocols, and batch records.
**Requirements**
