**Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Lead and supervise daily production or warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and production standards.
+ Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high levels of productivity.
+ Monitor production schedules, workflows, and inventory levels to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
+ Collaborate with management to identify and implement process improvements.
+ Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance QA and USDA.

**Minimum Education**
+ High School or equivalent preferred but not required.
**Experience Requirements**
+ A minimum of 6 months of consecutive work history with one (1) employer within the past (1) year.
**Experience Preferred**
+ Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role in a distribution/production/manufacturing environment preferred.
**Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements**
When in a plant environment:
+ Ability to tolerate exposure to wet and moist floors which include metal and plastic grating surfaces.
+ Ability to stand for an extended period and perform repetitive tasks.
+ Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs by reaching, bending, and pushing boxes.
+ Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, and ear protection as required.
+ May work in an environment with varying temperatures between 25 degrees and 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
+ May handle product varying in temperatures between 25 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
