Garces, Grabler, & LeBrocq, P.C. , an award-winning and established plaintiff law firm with twelve offices and an official New York Giants partner , is seeking an experienced NJ Licensed Personal Injury Attorney with five or more years of experience. The attorney will handle a variety of personal injury cases, including but not limited to auto, motorcycle, truck, and slip-and-fall accidents.
We are looking for a candidate who will serve as both an advocate and an ambassador for clients, working positively and collaboratively with paralegals and legal assistants on the team. The attorney must be capable of managing complex personal injury cases from intake through verdict or settlement and demonstrate thoroughness in all aspects of case handling.
The ideal candidate is an experienced trial attorney who is compassionate, self-motivated, and committed to acting in the best interests of both the clients and the firm. This is an opportunity for an attorney seeking to become an integral part of the firm and build a long-term, fulfilling career.
We offer a transparent compensation structure that clearly outlines earning potential, allowing high-performing attorneys to make substantial income based on their results.
Compensation:$130,000 - $200,000
Responsibilities:- Investigate personal injury cases by gathering evidence, interviewing clients and witnesses, and reviewing medical records.
- Analyze legal issues and develop strategies to pursue maximum compensation for clients injured in accidents.
- Represent clients in negotiations with insurance companies and in court proceedings to advocate for their rights and best interests.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, explaining complex legal matters in a clear and understandable way.
- Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff to ensure effective case management and successful outcomes for clients.
- Must have 5 years of plaintiff’s personal injury experience.
- Must be licensed in NJ.
- Proficiency in negotiating settlements with insurance carriers and resolving property damage claims.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask.
- Exhibit organizational skills.
- Experience with Trials.
- Demonstrate team player and collaborative attributes.
- Demonstrate confidentiality.
- Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PPT), Case Management systems such as Smart Advocate, and Document Management systems.

A top MN plaintiff-side Personal Injury law firm in the SW Metro is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal with at least 2 years of relevant experience to join their team. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting attorneys on a variety of PI matters while advocating for injured clients.
This role offers at least 1 day/week remote work after training.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide comprehensive paralegal support to attorneys in personal injury cases
+ Draft, proofread, and file legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence
+ Manage litigation case files from intake through resolution, including document organization and case tracking
+ Communicate with district and federal courts regarding case filings, deadlines, and scheduling
+ Coordinate and schedule depositions, mediations, hearings, and other case-related appointments
+ Obtain and review medical records, police reports, and other case-related documents
+ Communicate professionally with clients, insurance companies, opposing counsel, and court personnel
+ Track deadlines and manage attorney calendars to ensure timely case progression
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Minimum of 2 years of litigation paralegal experience (plaintiff-side experience strongly preferred)

+ Experience with state and federal e-filing systems

- Prepare and upload PIP arbitration submissions.
- Assist with handling requests for arbitration adjournments and consolidations.
- Diary deadline dates.
- Address inquiries from claims.
- Utilization of the case management system in a standardized way for document management, data entry and diary management.

- Handle special projects as they arise.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Paralegal certificate preferred but not required with requisite experience
- Relevant PIP legal/Arbitration experience and knowledge of NJ Forthright

- Must be competent with basic Microsoft operating systems and programs.
- Must have strong interpersonal, typing, computer and phone skills.
**Pay Details:** 30.00 to 35.00 per hour
