• Maintains knowledge of the menu and any special items being offered.
• Provides quick, attentive, friendly and professional service to banquet guests and is able to communicate clearly with all customers.
• Ensures that food items are served at proper temperature and immediately upon availability from the kitchen, as ordered by the customer.
• Ensures neat presentation of all ordered items, with no spill-over.
• Pre-buses tables and full buses tables when necessary during peak periods.
• Maintains availability to work during many peak periods.
• Stocks beverage station(s) when necessary (ice, juices, glassware, sugar packets, etc).
• Maintains high responsiveness to customer desires and requests.
• Maintains a professional and clean appearance.
• Communicates with wait staff, bus persons, bartenders, supervisors, and kitchen staff in order to improve communication and coordination so that patrons may be impressed by their dining experience.

Position Summary

The Medical Assistant is a multi skilled specialist who assists in all aspects of the clinic under the direct responsibility of the Clinical Manager. Responsibilities include assisting with the patient care management, executes administrative and clinical procedures and performs supervisory functions pertaining to position. Competency requires that the medical assistant adheres to ethical and legal standards of professional practice, recognize and respond to emergencies and demonstrates professional characteristics.

• Obtains and documents vital signs and lab work.
• Prepare patients for examination
• Enter lab and imaging orders under the supervision of a clinical provider.
• Collect and prepare laboratory specimens
• Labels and completes lab requisitions, including ICD and CPT coding. Sends specimens to lab per patient's insurance plan.
• Update patient medical records.
• Answer phones.
• Schedule appointments
• Removing sutures and dressings (as it applies per specialty)
• Chaperone clinician during patient visits as needed.
• Completes timely and accurate documentation of patient visits.
• Performs reconcilliation of labs and orders and independently follows-up on overdue pending results.
• Performs all duties within HIPAA regulations.
• Process prescriptions and orders as directed by provider.
• Stocks rooms and reorders supplies. Ensures supplies are received as ordered. Follows up on incomplete or inaccurate orders.
• Sterilizes instruments in accordance with OSHA requirements.

The Pratt & Whitney (P&W) Cybersecurity team is looking for a self-motivated, experienced professional to fulfill a Cybersecurity and Compliance Leader (CCL) role partnering with our Engineering Strategic Business Unit (SBU). The CCL role is highly visible as a key contributor to the overall success of the Cyber Mission Support (CMS) team.
The CCL is a champion of Digital Technology (DT) Cybersecurity mission adoption and a liaison between the P&W Engineering SBU and the RTX Enterprise Services Cybersecurity organization. The CCL supports proactive planning and delivery of DT cyber and compliance services. This person will work to understand the needs and environments of the Engineering SBU to identify opportunities to improve cyber service delivery and support actions to reduce cyber and compliance risk via process, tools, and organizational relationships.
