A Brief Overview
The Maintenance Technician supports manufacturing operations by performing preventive, predictive, and
corrective maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime. This role is

What you will do
· Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including
mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, to maintain peak performance and minimize downtime.
· Diagnose equipment issues quickly and accurately, identifying root causes and implementing effective
solutions to resolve mechanical or electrical malfunctions.
· Coordinate with the MRO Buyer and maintenance planner to ensure the availability of necessary parts
and tools for maintenance tasks, helping control inventory and reduce downtime.
· Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders, parts usage, and corrective
actions, within the CMMS system to support maintenance KPIs and compliance reporting.
· Adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements during all maintenance tasks, conducting safety
