**Job Title**

**What does a Financial Services Collections Associate do at Fiserv?**
+ You will be responsible for the collection, via inbound and outbound dialing of unpaid merchant debt in a call center environment.
+ Assign merchant debt inventory and be held accountable for collection performance based on departmental assigned targets.
+ Collect accounts in compliance with applicable regulations and internal performance standards so as to achieve a pre-set goal objective.
+ Utilize skip-tracing tools to obtain up-to-date customer information.
+ Provide daily coverage of all accounts until payment arrangements have been made.
+ Detail all discussions and actions in collections system or database.
+ Multitask and navigate quickly through varies systems.
**What you will need to have:**
+ High school graduate/GED
+ Minimum of 1 year collections and/or customer service experience.

This role requires a hybrid work arrangement.  At Wipfli, hybrid is defined as associates regularly work in a Wipfli office, from home and at client sites.  The client sites can vary locally, regionally, or nationally depending on the industry alignment. Note that scheduled meetings at the client and in the office will require in-person attendance.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
+ Audit financial statements, quarterly financial information, and clients' annual reports.
+ Take part in pre-audit planning to assess the risk of material misstatement of financial accounts to design effective audit procedures.
+ Identify accounting and audit issues and perform research to solve issues.
+ Responsible for testing internal controls, policies, and procedures and making recommendations.
+ Perform audits under Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) auditing standards, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).
+ Proactively build relationships and communicate with clients and associates.
+ Teach, train, and develop incoming staff/interns.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required. Must meet the educational requirements to sit for the CPA exam.
+ CPA certification preferred. Candidates actively pursuing CPA certification will be considered
+ Requires at 1-3 years of accounting related experience.
+ Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively on multiple tasks.
+ Adaptable to various levels of client complexities of people, processes, and systems.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to travel to client sites up to 50%

**Position Purpose:**
In this position the Finance Manager is expected to provide financial leadership for the Home Depot Protection Plan Portfolio and Credit Offerings on the Home Depot Credit Card. The Finance Manager's responsibilities include:
+ Forecasting and Planning of Deferred Interest and HDPP P&L
+ Provide financial controllership around strategies to drive incremental sales and profits of Private Label credit card products and Home Depot Protection Plans
+ Support the business with financial analysis and reporting to identify trends and develop strategies to achieve financial targets
+ Act as a strategic thought partner to functional leaders
+ Evaluate financial impact of credit programs, promotions, products and services within HDPP and Deferred Interest
+ Works closely with various internal partners including Accounting, IT, Merchants, and Merch Finance as well as the external Protection Plan vendor.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Strategic Analysis/Problem Solving - Works to fully understand business; identify and implement process and organizational improvements. Plans and ensures execution of department objectives. Participates in preparation of the annual budget, reviews monthly expenditures and ensures that budgetary goals are met. Reviews monthly metrics to ensure goals are met.
+ Conduct financial planning for function and make appropriate recommendations.
+ Leads, plans, and coordinates work teams in an efficient manner to effectively perform any financial function and activity; utilizes metrics to track performance and manage workload. Ensures operational processes and procedures are compliant and consist with established policies.
+ Drive key functional financial metrics.
+ Project Management- Develops and supports a strategic alliance with business partners. Participates in cross-functional activities focused on solving business issues and enhancing our competitive advantage. Facilitates cross-functional communication with other areas of the business including but not limited to Finance, Human Resources, Real Estate, Operations, and Information Systems.
**Direct Manager/Direct Reports:**
+ Typically reports to a Director level
+ This position has no direct reports.
**Travel Requirements:**
+ Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
**Working Conditions:**
+ Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Must be eighteen years of age or older.
+ Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience in Planning (Budgeting), Forecasting, and Financial Analysis
+ MBA preferred.
+ 5+ years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting.
+ Private Label Credit or Bankcard portfolio analysis
+ Working knowledge of SQL and Google BigQuery
**Minimum Education:**
+ The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
**Minimum Years of Work Experience:**
+ 5
**Competencies:**
+ Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, analysis and reporting of financial data.
+ Knowledge of business and mgmt. Principles involved in strategic planning and resource allocation.
+ Project management skills; ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively.

**ABOUT THIS POSITION**
The role of the Print and Financial Services Specialist Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize project tasks associated with solutions associated with the Patient Tools. The Print and Financial Services Specialist is responsible for coordinating the efforts of project resources (to include vendors) in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Specialist is also required to oversee quality control throughout the duration of the project. In this challenging role you will be expected to complete the set-up of new merchant accounts, boarding support as well as maintenance changes to our existing merchants. This process will include researching and resolving exceptions to account set up rules and policies, verification of readiness for new merchant applications, and quality control audits of new merchant accounts and maintenance
Key performance indicators for this role are to meet or surpass client's expectations and receive a favorable rating from the client upon project completion, ensure project completion is resolved within expected time frame and achievement of project estimated revenue prior to transition of the business account.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
+ Ability to comprehend Data Dictionaries, file structures and file formats
+ Complete understanding of the Waystar solutions and how the solutions can be applied to the clients business practices
+ Direct and manage multiple client projects and facilitate to a timely resolution of project 
+ When serving as a project resource, the Specialist is responsible to serve as a liaison between the vendor and Primary Project Manager
+ Proactively manage changes in project scope and devise contingency plans for these changes
+ Identify and timely resolution of service disruption to the satisfaction of all parties involved
+ Appropriately escalate incidents that compromise project deliverable to the appropriate personnel
+ Timely execution of task and project deliverables
+ Meet project financial objectives to comply with estimated project revenue
+ With projects where the Specialist is the primary point of contact with the client (serving the role of Project Manager)
+ Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support operational business goals 
+ Effectively communicate project expectations with client, project team members and all involved parties
+ Set and continually manage project expectations with client and project team members 
+ Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using operational appropriate tools
+ Meet project financial objectives to comply with estimated project revenue
+ Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills 
+ Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment 
+ Vendor relations skills would be a strongly preferred
+ Consistently reliable and account for ones actions
+ Client and colleague relationship management skills
+ Verification (quality control) of new merchant accounts
+ Work to achieve and maintain positive working relationships and fluid communication among team members and with other departments
+ Remain flexible and willing to assist the customer, by working with our vendors and partners to accommodate changes or special requests whenever possible
+ Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned by the Financial Services Implementation Manager 
+ Perform other duties and /or projects as assigned by management within the area of responsibility and control
+ Travel may be required

+ Bachelor's degree is required
+ Medical Practice experience
+ Experience with the implementation of a system software
+ Demonstrated experience in project management
+ Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively

+ Must be a quick learner and self-motivated
