Designing the right package of solutions and services to meet the customer need. Writing proposals and supporting the contracting process-ensuring that all technical needs along with legal and compliance needs are all satisfied. Incorporating internal and third party suppliers as appropriate to meet the customer need. Ensuring the feasibility of the proposed solution with the delivery and product teams. Building and communicating the value proposition with client executives and key partners. What we're looking for. You'll need to have: Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training. Even better if you have one or more of the following: Master's degree in engineering, computer science or other technical discipline. Designed IT and/or managed telecommunications solutions. Ideally, from concept development through implementation. Proposed, sold, and/or implemented large complex enterprise-wide technology solutions to Fortune 500 companies. Ideally, "big 5" consulting experience. Project managed large scale complex enterprise-wide technology solutions. Built business cases incorporating cost analysis and ROI. Experience in the development and implementation of one or more of the following: data and IP services (VoIP, MPLS, VPN, Internet), managed network services (LAN, WAN, content delivery, WLAN, managed IP PBX), managed security solutions (firewall, proxy, VPN), managed mobility Solutions, data center outsourcing (cloud, application hosting, managed storage), call center technologies (ACD, IVR, customer portal, WFM), or IT applications management (SOA, web services, RTE). Sold, designed, or consulted on technical enterprise business solutions. Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in technical roles (Solutions Architecture, Consulting, or Engineering) with exposure to media workflows, cloud infrastructure, or related fields.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, or Azure), including compute, storage, networking, and hybrid architectures.

Familiarity with M&E workflows (e.g., content creation, distribution, or broadcast) and a willingness to learn industry-specific tools and processes.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot cross-stack technical issues.
-
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences, including engineers, executives, and creatives.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

ISV Onboarding & Integration : Provide hands-on technical support to ISVs, ensuring their solutions are optimized for OCI. Address integration challenges, troubleshoot issues, and guide ISVs through Marketplace readiness.

Solutions Development : Contribute to the creation of a Solutions Library, including whitepapers, reference architectures, and deployment templates that combine OCI services with ISV tools to address common customer challenges.

Customer Deployment Support : Collaborate with Strategic Customer Engineering (SCE) and sales teams to design and implement custom workflows, such as hybrid render farms, multi-region file systems, and secure asset pipelines.

Technical Advocacy : Serve as a technical liaison between ISVs, customers, and OCI product teams. Gather feedback and translate it into actionable insights to improve platform capabilities.

Cross-Team Collaboration : Work with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to align technical solutions with business goals and customer requirements.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
