**Position Purpose:** **This is an individual contributor Major Incident Management role.** Assists with the overall IT service catalog and enterprise-wide effectiveness and efficiency of the firm's IT service operations. Helps to ensure high levels of service and performance targets are maintained. Assists with all aspects of service management for the organization's IT support services, including planning, developing, and maintaining the IT service management function. Focuses on the major IT service management system and event management tools, as well as its respective maintenance, configuration, integration, and management strategies.
+ Develops strategy and plan for the approach on service operations, and the implementation and development of policies and procedures to ensure consistent high levels of quality and availability
+ Oversees the planning, hosting, and timeline for Major Incidents involving all BTS service and support teams to reduce service volume activity, decrease unexpected network impact activity and ensure consistent response practices
+ Supervises operational activities such as batch processing, backup/recovery jobs, system health checks, system reboots, user account management, system patching, etc. as per standard operating procedures
+ Oversees ITSM and enterprise Major Incident management tools and their respective maintenance, configuration, integration, and strategies
+ Manages Major Incidents leading to incident resolution, problem identification and escalation management according to predefined protocols
+ Provides leadership, technical guidance and coaching to analysts executing service operations
+ Maintains service cost model for service operations
+ Supports the technology leadership in developing budget projections based on short- and long-term goals and objectives
+ Performs other duties as assigned
+ Complies with all policies and standards
**Education/Experience:** A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and Requires 4 - 6 years of related experience.
Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
**Technical Skills:**
One or more of the following skills are desired.
+ Knowledge of Linux; Unix; Veritas Netbackup Enterprise backup and media administration

Pay Range: $73,800.00 - $132,700.00 per year

**The Role at a Glance**
We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Risk Management to join the Market Risk oversight team, which is a part of the broader Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function in the Office of the CRO. This team is focused on setting the parameters of risk management as they relate to the hedging of capital market risks. This is a relatively new team at Lincoln, and we're growing! Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external organizations, IRM leverages advanced internal tools, data analysis, and engineering support to prioritize transparency, user safety, and platform integrity-all while upholding user privacy. We're looking for an experienced analyst to strengthen IRM's internal and external impact.
Responsibilities
+ Detecting and investigating suspicious or abusive behavior across the platform, including spam, account takeover (ATO), impersonation, and child safety concerns.
+ Identifying, monitoring, and mitigating abusive activities across the Zoom platform by researching and developing detection and prevention strategies.
+ Developing investigative processes and conduct deep-dive investigations into abuse trends and behavioral anomalies using mid-to-advanced OSINT techniques and internal tools.
+ Triaging, investigating, and resolving abuse reports in a queue-based environment, ensuring compliance with Zoom's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Guidelines.

+ Follow the set framework, structure, delivery and management of the Appraisal Report Review Process within the VAS Institutional/Funds Division, ensuring alignment with the America's Business Plan and Business TAT (Turn Around Time) requirements.
+ Review and manage incoming Risk Assessments (RA) and when directed, provide assistance to other Divisions.
+ Drive the implementation of VAS Practice Area Guidelines (PAG), key risk mitigation procedures, and ensure adherence within the Institutional/Funds division.
+ Review all technical valuation aspects of Institutional/Funds client contracts and manage solutions and escalated queries end-to-end.
+ Assist in conducting training and mentoring in line with QRM regional policies and as directed by the Head of QRM - Americas.
+ Communicate the benefits of QRM by participating in tender responses and preparing marketing materials and pitches to drive business development initiatives.
+ Improve CBRE's position during contractual negotiations by actively participating in strategy planning and meetings, with a particular focus on capping of liability.
+ Review audits and reports findings for high volume and key clients. Ensure follow-up actions are implemented and monitored, on time and with high quality.

+ Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) from four-year college or university required. Master's degree (MA, MS or MBA) preferred.
+ A minimum of (10) years commercial appraisal experience, with a significant focus on appraisals for Institutional and Fund type clients.
+ Commercial appraisal quality & risk review experience and/or institutional review experience is a plus.
+ Must have General State Certification/License. MAI designation required.
+ In-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to analyze the most complex business/financial data and develop innovative solutions. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
+ Advanced analytical and quantitative skills. Complete understanding of approaches to value of real estate assets.
+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the VAS Quality & Risk Management Director position is $130,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for the VAS Quality & Risk Management position is $150,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
