? Troubleshoot and communicate problems to ensure timely turnover in shipping/sortation area.
? Complete a Pre?Shift Checklist on all powered material handling equipment including battery water, charging, and cleaning.

- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory and manage workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
- Proven experience managing a team of warehouse staff.
- Strong understanding of WMS, inventory control, and supply chain principles.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and WMS software.
