We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate 1 to join our manufacturing team in Dallas, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various production operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and contributing to the overall manufacturing process efficiency
- Operate production equipment and perform assembly operations according to established procedures
- Fabricate and produce component parts for final product assembly
- Handle materials, including loading, unloading, and proper storage
- Utilize hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks and inspect products for defects
- Read and interpret work orders, production schedules, and basic technical drawings
- Make accurate measurements using precision tools
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

Compensation: $30.50/hour
Location: Mableton, GA
Shifts:: Monday – Friday, 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
Shift Differential: 6%–8% of the base hourly rate for applicable hours worked
Responsibilities:The Technical Lead A role is an advanced level machine technician that would be responsible for fully understanding an assigned machine center, while being fully capable of performing minor repairs, PMs and troubleshooting and the machine. This role will build necessary capabilities to take on a mechanic level role at full development.
Responsibilities:
• Support operators through troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing equipment
• Learn and understand all SOPs for mechanic level and operator level positions
• Be familiar to operate all equipment to include normal running parameters, set points, etc
• Execute work orders including special projects, rebuilds and installations when requested
• Work with a sense of urgency to repair and startup the line as quickly as possible
• Develop a working knowledge of basic maintenance principles
• Intermediate electrical troubleshooting
• Execute PMs during planned stoppages to include focus on project work installation, tag closure, standard procedure creation, and work order execution
• Work with vendors as needed for start up, improvement and modification of equipment
• Train operators on equipment standards and technical training modules as needed
• Understand losses of equipment and develop plans to reduce downtime based on highest loss machine per line
• Vacation support for senior production technicians (crew leads)
Qualifications
Requirements:
• Sound problem solving skills
• Effective Communication
• Understanding of Continuous Improvement methods
• Computer skills (Microsoft office)
Preferred Requirements:
• Technical level Degree in industrial maintenance
• At least 1 year of technical level class work required from an accredited technical school
• At least 1-3 years of experience as an entry level mechanic in industrial maintenance or technical apprenticeship
