Production Associates play an integral part in maintaining the success of the plant by providing coverage and support for various machine centers throughout the plant. What You Will Do

  • Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets
  • Monitor and/or entry into computer control systems
  • Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production
  • Perform basic asset care duties to include routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of work area
  • Work as a team to help meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goals
  • Operate and/or work around mobile equipment

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience in a manufacturing, agricultural, warehouse OR military environment OR completion of post high school education in manufacturing/industrial

  • Experience using a computer, tablet, or smart device
  • One (1) year or more experience working in a manufacturing and/or industrial environment
  • Experience working in the corrugated packaging industry

Other Considerations/Physical Requirements

For this role, we anticipate paying 22.00 per hour. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
