As a Production Worker, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to efficient production processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and excellent teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Production Worker
**Location: Inwood, WV**
**Pay Range:** $16.50/hour or $7/ Hour Nights
**Shift:** 7am - 7:30pm (12-hour shifts) or 7pm -7:30am (12 hr Shifts)

+ Maintain smooth operation of production lines by managing product flow and materials
+ Unload and transport products to designated areas efficiently
+ Prepare materials to support continuous production activities
+ Assemble and break down boxes for various production needs
+ Ensure safety and quality standards are upheld throughout the shift

+ Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 pounds safely
+ Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in production

**Job Description**
We are seeking detail-oriented candidates to support our inventory management operations. In this role, you will ensure that finished products are accurately entered into the inventory database and labeled with updated tracking tags. This position requires knowledge of IFS Systems or similar inventory tracking software, as well as strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Most tasks will be computer-based, involving the verification of product numbers, status updates, and quality checks to confirm each item meets evaluation standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Verify and input finished products into the inventory system.
+ Apply new tracking tags to evaluated items.
+ Ensure product data is accurate and up-to-date.
+ Maintain organized records and inventory status.
**Essential Skills**
+ Knowledge of IFS Systems or similar inventory tracking software.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Inspection, inventory control, packaging, labeling.
+ Experience with soldering assembly, using hand and power tools.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Prior experience with soldering and product assembly is a plus.
+ Strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
+ Basic mechanical aptitude.
+ Familiarity with hand tools and their safe use.
