**What's a typical day as a Production / Machine Operator? You'll be:**
+ Assist with all areas in the production facility
+ Hands-on manufacturing: operate equipment, assemble products, interface with machines - CNC and Injection molding machines
+ Safely shut down, start up, and maintain de-flashing units
+ Use equipment such as carts, electric pallet jacks, pneumatic tools, bin lifters, air wands, brooms, Scan Guns
+ Perform regular safety checks and participate actively in the safety program
+ Read and follow standard operating procedures and safety instructions
+ Transfer and stage materials for the warehouse
+ Complete changeover operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity
+ Train other personnel within the department as needed

- Changeover/adjust/run production on roll formers efficiently.
- Ability to change over several products and adjust in time allotted per machine book with assistance from supervision for final adjustments.

- Set up and run a quality part with minimal scrap.
- Fully capable of press/die adjustments.

The Cleaning Machine Operator is responsible for safely and accurately inspecting mats for quality, feeding mats into the mat cleaning system, and sorting rolled, clean mats to place in staging locations for delivery to customers. Cleaning Machine Operators also perform machine checks and filter cleanings.
