Inergroup is hiring immediately for Bilingual Assembly Line Lead jobs in St. Charles, IL. As an Assembly Line Lead, you will be responsible for fulfilling work orders through the management of materials, personnel and equipment to meet established performance goals. Weekly pay starting at $18/hr.
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Must have 1-3 years of experience leading teams
- Must have strong personal leadership and communication abilities
- Previous Assembly, manufacturing, or Warehouse experience
- Track daily attendance
- Train new employees in the positions they are assigned.
- Responsible for maintaining production high quality standards.
- Responsible for tracking and meeting daily production goals.
- Responsible for keeping accountability of the line production including checking the materials as arrive and returning what is left over.
- Responsible for filling the line labor summary sheets with each production order as requested.
- Other production, inventory, and administrative duties as needed.
- Monday - Thursday
- 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
