Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented production worker to operate and manage injection mold machines. You will begin by tending to one machine, gradually increasing your responsibilities as you become proficient with additional machines. This role requires you to inspect and package products, conduct visual inspections, and perform small subassemblies as needed. You will also operate a sonic welder to assemble products and ensure all components meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
+ Tend to 1 to 3 injection mold machines, starting with one and adding more as you gain experience.
+ Manage machine run times ranging from 60 seconds to 3 1/2 minutes.
+ Change over machines to run 3 to 5 different products weekly.
+ Conduct visual inspections and package products.
+ Perform small subassemblies based on the product requirements.
+ Operate a sonic welder to assemble smoothie cups or insert magnets.
+ Trim excess flash from products and heat up resin to meet quality standards
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is 17.00 - 19.00/hr.

Job Summary
Summary: Prepares quality food for patients, associates and customers using standardized recipes and production sheets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares patient and retail menu items on production sheets, following established quantities and recipes.
- Completes and uses daily production worksheets and waste log sheets. Tastes completed meals to ensure quality.
- Operates and cleans equipment per departmental procedures after each use.
- Stores, labels and dates food items according to policy.
- Communicates any patient- or customer-related problems to appropriate personnel.
- Adheres to facility confidentiality and patient's rights policy as outlined in HIPAA policies and procedures.
- Complies with regulatory agency standards, including federal, state and JCAHO.
- Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
- Completes all required documentation, reports and logs as required.
- Complies with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations, as well as departmental sanitation procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Report ALL product out of specification and equipment malfunction issues to management immediately!
- Employ proper sanitation procedures on all production equipment. (includes but not limited to: tanks, pumps, fillers, conveyors, production floor, etc.
- Follow established company Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures and policies.
- Actively participate in Hazard Mitigation.
- Complete assigned Health & Safety trainings.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Adherence to GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) as outlined in Title 21 CFR, section 110.10 Personnel. Follow all recommended company Food Safety Principles and Personnel Policies, including, but not limited toA:
- Wearing of hair nets, clean hands (gloves as required), clean uniforms
- Fittings, valves, and gaskets â€ÂOFF THE FLOORâ€
- Unused piping openings capped †ludes hoses, flow panel outlets, and portable pumps
- Smoking in authorized areas only
- Cell phone use as per company policy
- Follow all batching procedures and sequences as defined by requirements and ABARTA-Cleveland procedures
- Documentation and testing of batches per Batch Sheet reports
- Report any non-compliant product (raw material or finished goods) to supervisor immediately.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or, equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience within the food and beverage industry preferred.
- Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
- Must be able to stand, walk, kneel and bend required for virtually the entire shift. Occasionally required to climb or balance. Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 75 pounds.
- Must be able to work in a wet environment. Occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. Overtime and working on holidays may be required.
- Be able to effectively work in a team environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
