Duties:
+ Practice safety every day.
+ Understand and participate in product quality meetings as quality issues warrant.
+ Operate machines on a daily basis such as milling machines, grinders, spline rollers, and turning machines.
+ Knowledge of basic inspection tools.
+ Must have basic math skills.
+ Knowledge of lean manufacturing and cellular manufacturing principles.
+ Perform other related duties as assigned.

+ Must be able to work weekends and mandatory overtime.
+ Experience in a manufacturing facility or industrial assembly operation preferred.
+ Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt rapidly to changing situations.
+ Must excel at working in a team environment.
+ This position requires that the person be a highly organized individual, who is self-motivated, and can work independently setting priorities without direct supervision.
+ Experience in safety, quality, and housekeeping on the plant floor preferred.

**What you'll be doing as a CNC Machine Operator:**
+ Operates machine tools according to instructions, specifications
+ Studies blueprints, work orders, and other specifications to ensure the proper setup sequence is followed
+ Selects, places, and secures tools and fixtures
+ Observes each machine to verify quality performance
+ Verifies measuring instruments such as gauges, calipers, and micrometers are in proper working order
+ Sets and adjusts necessary controls to regulate machines
+ Performs other related duties as assigned
**Available shifts:**
Shift Timings: 2nd Shift (Evening), 3rd Shift (Night)
**Job requirements:**
+ At least two - five years of experience as a CNC machine operator required
+ Thorough understanding of mechanics and other properties of machines
+ Able to run multiple machines simultaneously
+ Ability to read and follow written instructions
+ Ability to follow proper safety protocols
+ Ability to work independently and manage a job from start to finish with minimal supervision

Production Operator is responsible for producing high-quality industrial wire and cable in a safe and timely manner in a heavy industrial environment.
Qualified candidate must have safety as a core value, have the courage to care for the safety of others, and view any unsafe act or condition as 100% unacceptable.
Qualified candidate is responsible for producing a quality product, meeting all specifications of work orders to meet customer standards. Will be required to input information into the computer and verify for accuracy. Production Operators will be expected to complete job tasks within specified time period. This would include setups, changeovers, reel changes and material relocation. Overtime including weekends may be required.
Qualifications:
•Solid, stable and verifiable work history with previous industrial experience preferred
•Proficient in basic math, reading and comprehension of work instructions, and use of a computer
