**WHAT PRESS OPERATORS GET TO DO**
+ Operators will lead in all aspects of operation of Press lines including changeovers, machine start-up, running and shut-down.
+ Support operations in becoming World Class in all aspects of the business, beginning with Safety.
+ Run all jobs in accordance with customer specification, manufacturing specification, print specification, color folders and standard operating procedures.
+ Ensure all appropriate paperwork is filled out accurately and completely. This includes, but is not limited to; production reports, job verification sheets, ink usage sheets, QA reports, roll tickets (all flags are recorded), S.O.C sheets and all others as assigned.
+ Work with and direct the press assistant and pit crew to minimize job change-over and down time.
+ Train and direct the press assistant to become efficient at all the required assistant duties defined in each level of the assistant training matrix on time.
+ While also knowing and understanding the role in product safety.
+ Comply with all 5S and WCM initiatives (Cross Training, moving to the work)
+ All other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
**WHAT SLITTER OPERATORS GET TO DO**
+ Able to navigate BMS and SOC System to verify machine set up and materials required to slit an order.
+ Operate both slitting and rewinding equipment in a safe manner.
+ Assure all jobs are run in accordance with all written manufacturing specifications including manufacturing packing specs, customer specs, and standard operating procedures.
+ Properly complete all paperwork including production reports, SOC reports, cleaning logs, QA reports, etc. Enter accurate data into SAP.
+ Works to minimize job change-over, machine start-up, shut down, and clean-up time.
+ Operate overhead hoist and pallet jack. Improve efficiencies with reduced returns & less waste.
+ Communicate with press operator and Shift supervisor any quality issues that would arise.
+ Monitor product quality from press and slitting process.
+ Follow all FSSC requirements to maintain food safety of the product.
+ All other duties as assigned by supervisor or management. Scheduled work hours and mandatory overtime as needed.
**WHAT WAX COATERS GET TO DO**
+ Prepare Wax Coater Components; impression roller is correct by job size.
+ Verify Raw Material stock.
+ Understand customer requirements and maintain the quality of the order as it is running; splicing the roll, roll identification and completion of the order.
+ Establish run conditions and weights; run to established conditions once SOCs are set
+ Proper machine wash-up and housekeeping.
+ Prepare and complete necessary daily paperwork.
+ Complete 5S/housekeeping logs.
+ Facilitate and enforce all of the company policies and procedures as they are outlined and defined.
+ Awareness of and adherence to all suitable and relevant health and safety policies.
+ All other duties as assigned by Shift Manager and/or Management.

You'll be based in Leesport, PA, full time. On-the-job training will be provided (we will help you become the Seakeeper expert!). You'll report to the Machining Supervisor, who is based in our Leesport, PA, location. This is a manual labor position, working along a production assembly line.

Our CNC Machine Operators are nestled within our Production department. The production team is currently running three shifts to churn out as many Seakeepers as we can to change our customers' boating experience forever!

-Shift Differential for 12-hour nights 2.50/hour; 8-hour nights 1.25/hour plus additional 1.00/hour difference when working the weekend
Hiring for both 8-hour and 12-hour overnight shifts:
+ 12-hour Night Shift: 7:00pm - 7:00am (Rotation with EOWEO)
+ 8-hour, 3rd shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am (M-F)

**Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma or GED required
+ Must be able to clear background, physical and drug screening
+ Solid, stable work history with previous industrial experience preferred but not required.
+ Proficient in basic math, reading and comprehension of work instructions, and use of a computer.
+ Willingness to work in a team environment and participate in safety/quality/production improvement activities

**Job Requirements:**
+ Comply with all applicable safety procedures and ISO14001 EMS guidelines.
+ Minimum of 3-5 years of machine operator/manufacturing experience
+ Other duties as assigned by supervisor, lead person, or a member of management.
+ Responsible for completing their job duties in a safe and timely manner both for themselves and their co-workers by doing daily safety start-up checks as well as safety checks throughout the shifts (i.e. lockout/tag out while using proper PPE).
+ Responsible for producing a quality product, meeting all specifications of the work order, ensuring customer satisfaction.
+ Required to input information into the machine center computer and verify for accuracy.
+ Expected to complete job tasks within specified time period. This would include setups, changeovers, reel changes and material relocation.
+ Capable of lifting or moving 50 lbs.
+ Ability to distinguish colors.
+ Must maintain work areas in a safe and orderly condition at all times.
+ Complete all proper documentation i.e., tags, logbooks, material return tags and required labor entries in computer.
+ Must be able to work with minimal supervision and follow written instruction and schedules.
+ Must have basic math skills and ability to use SAP and SAP Quality Management programs.
+ Must have good English language verbal and written communication skills and work as part of team, communicate with relief shift.
+ Reliable attendance.
