**Job Description:**
**About the Role:**
The Machine Operator role at our **Northlake, TX** location will add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
+ Observes machine operation to detect malfunctions and adjust for optimal run.
+ Performs adjustments or repairs, such as opening valves, changing formers and sealing jaw knives, setting guides, temperature controls, nitrogen/ oxygen fill ratios, and other machine related functions.
+ Inspects and records all quality checks in computer dbase and aligns machine packaging output to comply with quality specifications on an order-by-order basis.
+ Ensures all aspects of quality standard are met by performing all necessary quality checks.
+ Lubricate, sanitize, troubleshooting, make minor mechanical adjustments, and perform preventive maintenance on packaging line as needed.
+ Ensure work order schedules, coffee blending matrix, and coffee transports are followed correctly and to company protocol.
+ Ensure correct labeling of product is managed, as well as, ensuring label data is complete and accurate.
**Important Details:** **The position is a full time, permanent role for 12-hour nightshift, on a 2-2-3 Continental structure 6:00pm - 6:30am (Pay $21/hr.-$22.05) + Shift Differential.**
**About You:**
+ 1 - 2 years of machine operator experience required.
+ Knowledge of tools, machines, safety precautions in an industrial/ manufacturing setting.

**Job Description:**
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** include the following:
+ Set up line equipment
+ Guide Line workers in work to be performed on the packaging line assigned. Show employees how-to pick-up materials from pallet, hand truck, etc. and place items onto conveyor.
+ Check pallets & codes
+ Weigh containers, adjust quantity, and perform weight checks
+ Start, stop and regulate speed of conveyor
+ Label containers, container tags or products
+ Pick up material from pallet, hand truck, and place items onto conveyor or chutes to dump bulk materials onto conveyor or transfer materials from one conveyor to another conveyor and align material on conveyor. Clean packaging containers and equipment
+ Inspect material, products and containers at each step of packaging process
+ Record production, review records and specifications, complete all necessary paperwork.
+ Responsible to keep equipment running
+ Responsible to follow production schedule and notify supervisor if unable.
+ Maintain area in accordance with AIB, BRC and Haccp Standards
+ Follow safety policies and standard work procedures
+ May perform line worker, product filler, sanitation or material handler positions
+ Other duties may be assigned.
**QUALIFICATIONS:** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. **LANGUAGE SKILLS** : Ability to read in English and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively communicate with employees.
**MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:** Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, including decimals and fractions. Simple use of formulas, charts, tables, drawings, specifications, schedules, wiring diagrams, computer scanning devices, adjustable measuring instruments. Check reports, forms, records and comparable data, where interpretation requires basic skills knowledge.

Our client, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have machine operating, production and inspection skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title: CNC Machine Operator**
**Location: McAllen, TX**
**Pay Range: $11.00**
**What's the Job?**
+ Set up and prepare CNC machines for foam-cutting production cycles (calibration, and basic programming)
+ Load foam raw materials into the machine and secure the properly
+ Monitor the operation of CNC equipment to ensure consistent and accurate cutting of foam shapes
+ Inspect cut foam products using measuring tools to verify conformance to specifications
+ Other duties as assigned

+ Experience operating CNC machinery or experience in manufacturing environment
+ Familiarity with measurement tools and ability to read technical specifications or diagrams
+ Attention to detail and ability to detect deviations or flaws in cut foam

+ Work from process instruction sheets, drawings, and technical documents to ensure product quality.
+ Utilize general and specialized knowledge to perform tasks that meet all quality assurance standards.
+ Measure work using scales, micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, surface plates, and surface testers.
+ Ensure smooth product flow in the repair process.
+ Set up, adjust, verify programming, and operate CNC machines to perform complex operations on a diverse line of work.
+ Maintain close tolerances and surface finishes as required.
+ Operate CNC machines of various types and brands.
+ Maintain a clean work area and assist in department housekeeping efforts.
+ Adhere to all safety procedures, including lock-out/tag-out, reporting safety concerns, using appropriate PPE, and following all safety practices.
+ Assist in training new associates.
**Qualifications/Requirements**
+ High School Diploma or GED.
+ Associate's college degree in Manufacturing Technology related program; or 24 college credit hours in manufacturing technology related program; or completion of a CNC Operator Apprenticeship with a minimum of 288 hours; or hold a National Institute of Metal Working Skills - CNC Mill Operator CAR certification; or 1+ years of prior CNC machine operator experience
+ Willing and able to work overtime and any shift.
+ Ability to read, write, and speak English; interpret and follow written procedures (e.g., Aviation Work Instructions), complete documentation (e.g., routers), and follow verbal instructions.
+ Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as scales, micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, surface plates, and surface testers.
