We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as General Production Workers. In this role, you will be involved in various tasks related to food manufacturing, ensuring a clean and efficient production environment.
Responsibilities
+ Operate Rapid-Pak machines and vacuum seal machines.
+ Carry and stage metal trays for machine operators.
+ Organize and sanitize metal trays for cheese storage.
+ Sweep and mop floors to maintain cleanliness and prevent debris contamination.
+ Scoop cheese from mixing bins to cheese troughs and sanitize troughs after each batch.
+ Transfer cheese from main troughs to sorting machines, weigh, sort, seal, and box the cheese.
+ Adhere to sanitary practices, washing hands frequently as required.
+ Follow GMP guidelines, including wearing proper personal protective equipment.
Essential Skills
+ 1+ years experience in food manufacturing.
+ Experience in a manufacturing environment with GMP knowledge.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
+ Bilingual abilities are a plus.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with pasteurization, dairy, and sanitation is desirable.
+ Candidates with experience using vacuum seal machines are preferred.

The job primarily involves standing and observing the machine's operation.

Join our dynamic team as a General Production Worker, where you will be an integral part of our warehouse operations. Your role will involve packaging products, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining production flow.
**Responsibilities**
+ Load and pack products into one of three major classifications: Foam, Coatings Mills, or Coatings Reactors.
+ Label products before and after packaging as needed.
+ Set up packaging area for one of three major classifications.
+ Fill containers to specified weight and quality standards.
+ Properly label wash, leftover bulk, or non-conforming material.
+ Prepare container closures by following procedures for crimping lids, torqueing bungs and tote caps, and using seals and zip ties.
+ Follow DOT hazardous material procedures in accordance with training.
+ Operate manufacturing equipment with minimal supervision once trained.
+ Handle hazardous materials properly.
+ Complete paperwork accurately (batch tickets).
+ Maintain production flow and process documentation.
+ Identify and address variations in foreign debris, texture, and color.

+ Multitask and perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
