You will assist in all parts of production, including operating Disa Mould Machines, using small hand grinders for parts, and loading and unloading machines. Your responsibilities will include packing sand into molds for casting metal parts and ensuring the quality of products produced. You will also lend your support to various other areas as needed.

Work Environment

In the role of a General Production Worker within our Digital Department, you will be responsible for setting up and monitoring a digital press machine. This position involves less manual labor compared to traditional printing presses. You will receive training on how to load paper rolls without the need for lifting, enter orders into a computer, and oversee the production process. Your duties will include light lifting, counting, and stacking products. Computer skills are required, equivalent to opening a PDF or an email. The job primarily involves standing and observing the machine's operation.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and monitor digital press machine.
+ Load paper rolls and enter orders into the computer.
+ Count and stack products at the end of the machine.
+ Perform light lifting up to 20 lbs regularly.

Join our dynamic team as a General Production Worker, where you will be an integral part of our warehouse operations. Your role will involve packaging products, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining production flow.
**Responsibilities**
+ Load and pack products into one of three major classifications: Foam, Coatings Mills, or Coatings Reactors.
+ Label products before and after packaging as needed.
+ Set up packaging area for one of three major classifications.
+ Fill containers to specified weight and quality standards.
+ Properly label wash, leftover bulk, or non-conforming material.
+ Prepare container closures by following procedures for crimping lids, torqueing bungs and tote caps, and using seals and zip ties.
+ Follow DOT hazardous material procedures in accordance with training.
+ Operate manufacturing equipment with minimal supervision once trained.
+ Handle hazardous materials properly.
+ Complete paperwork accurately (batch tickets).
+ Maintain production flow and process documentation.
+ Identify and address variations in foreign debris, texture, and color.
+ Understand and follow all SOPs (standard operating procedures).
+ Work closely with QC to maintain standards through packaging.
+ Multitask and perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
+ Comply with all safety processes, requirements, and SOPs.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with chemicals, compounding, mixing, blending.
+ Knowledge of batch sheets, batch instructions, GMP, SOPs.
+ Ability to operate machines and fill containers.
+ 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
