Essential Skills

• Knowledge of PCB, soldering, wire, and cable assembly.

Description

The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. This individual will be part of a team responsible for safely and efficiently producing precast concrete products of the highest quality standards.

• Strip and clean concrete forms and products

• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete

• Perform basic carpentry skills

• Facility maintenance and housekeeping

• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed

MUST HAVES:

-Hand Tool use

-Blueprint reading

Manufacturing or construction experience preferred

Knowledge of basic math and measurements

Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically throughout the day

Standing and walking up to 13 hours on Production Floor

Able to lift and carry up to 20-50lbs throughout the shift not repeatedly

Able to push/pull product on pallets that weight up to 800+ lbs, using pallet jack

Able to continually bend, stoop, twist, use arms, wrists and hands (including grasping and squeezing) throughout shift

Able to occasionally kneel, reach above the shoulder, work at heights and climb steps with ingredients weighing 25 to 65 lbs from bucket, pouring ingredients into bins.
