The HRBP will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Payroll to support onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement efforts. As a visible and accessible partner, the HRBP will champion F1 Arcade's values of excellence, integrity, and team spirit, helping to cultivate a culture that attracts and retains top talent while fostering growth and innovation throughout the organization.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Strategic Partnership Partner with venue and departmental leadership to design and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Employee Relations Advise and support leaders on employee relations matters, ensuring the fair, consistent, and legally compliant application of policies and practices.
- Talent Management Lead end-to-end talent initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, and career development programs that support retention and growth of high-performing team members.
- Performance Management Drive the performance management process by coaching leaders, facilitating reviews, and promoting a culture of continuous feedback and accountability.
- Regulatory Compliance Maintain compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local employment laws, while staying informed of evolving HR regulations and best practices.
- Culture & Engagement Champion F1 Arcade's values by fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives, DEI programming, and recognition efforts.
- HR Analytics Leverage data and key HR metrics to influence decision-making, identify trends, and support strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts.
Skills Required
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably within the hospitality, entertainment, or service-oriented industries.
- HR Expertise : In-depth understanding of HR principles, employment legislation, and industry best practices.
- Relationship Building : Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport across all levels of the organization.
- Confidentiality & Integrity : Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Technical Proficiency : Proficient in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to navigate systems efficiently.
- Adaptability : Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Multitasking & Initiative : Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.

Basic Physical Requirements
When working at an F1 Arcade venue, Team Members must be able to perform the duties of that venue. The team members will frequently sit for short periods of time, talk via Cloud Based video conferencing and the phone often, and hear and manipulate objects constantly.
Additional requirements will include lifting to 10 (ten) pounds constantly and up to 50 (fifty) pounds as required. Lifting from floor to shoulder constantly and overhead infrequently. Twisting and reaching frequently. Grasping objects to move or manipulate constantly. Working in hot then cold environments for extended periods of time. May inadvertently bump into team members in a relatively small work area. Will stand and walk for extended periods of time. FREQUENT hand washing and sanitation is required. The ability to use knives, slicing equipment, and other food preparation equipment. Team Member must be able to communicate with Guests and other Team Members and manipulate handheld and desktop devices.
