Hours:
  • Ten hours/week while training during first month; 20 hours/week once trained.
  • Weekly schedule will vary depending on Pro Events schedule; will include occasional early-evening hours.
Pay: $15/hour.

Requirements:
  • 3.25 overall GPA*; Accounting, Business, Data Analytics or Economics major.
    • *A faculty reference may be substituted for GPA requirement.
  • Familiarity with and enthusiasm for Pro Events program.
  • Able to make a commitment through at least May 2026.

The World Service Center Canada provides assistance to our Canadian clientele interested in learning more about our Travel Insurance offerings. These positions are in the United States. We utilize a consultative selling approach to ensure our customers are provided with the coverage they need for each trip they plan. Responsibilities Include:
Maintain knowledge of insurance products to accurately describe benefits and offerings to our customers.
Create a positive experience over the phone for all clientele requesting our services and assistance.
Multitask work streams to effectively move work forward in all areas (call handling, email, etc.)
Ability to navigate multiple systems while effectively handling calls.
Creative and critical thinking to provide out-of-the-box solutions where necessary.
Provide keen attention to detail to appropriately document and capture content of phone calls in our case management/policy systems.
Must be able to obtain an Accident and Sickness license to sell insurance within 6 months of hire.
Work closely with leadership to fine tune skillsets and apply feedback to meet role expectations.
Basic Qualifications:
USA-based positon
High school diploma or equivalent
2nd Shift 12p-8p with a rotating Saturday requirement (8a-4p)
Ability to work in office 2-3 shifts per week
Preferred Qualifications:
A record of providing outstanding customer service (1+ year preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in gathering and entering information into a system
Analytical skills in reviewing and interpreting policy coverage and claim status
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks
Ability to respond to high end clientele with professionalism and clarity
Travel experience is highly beneficial
