Position Summary : The Commercialization Professional is responsible for executing all processes necessary to achieve correct item setup, recipe management, forecasting, and listing submission in support of Food, Beverage and Dinner teams. Actively involved in managing process workflow related to new product initiatives along with current KPIs. Works with Commercialization and Assortment Managers to achieve seamless execution in item management with both internal and external partners.
Principal Duties:- Execute promotional forecasting. Collaborate with Category Teams to understand performance expectations. Attend F&R and Supply Chain meetings to communicate strategy/business needs to internal partners. Partner with internal teams to execute forecasting plan and proactively identify any challenges. Partner with external vendor partners to communicate expectations.
- Execute rollout forecasting. Collaborate with Category Teams to understand performance expectations. Attend F&R and Supply Chain meetings to communicate strategy/business needs to internal partners. Partner with internal teams to execute forecasting plan and proactively identify any challenges. - Ensure accuracy of inventory management to safeguard that business results are reported correctly for the entire organization; utilize this data when making future business decisions focused on direct store profitability, spoilage, and margin analysis.
- Work cross functionally to gather all critical pieces of information and ensure item setup and data flow are entered accurately and timely within appropriate systems (e.g., recipes, portioning, and article/EANs combinations).
- Set up and coordinate STIBO product creation and enrichment, CAT forms and follow process to ensure RMS input is correct. Audit recipes and ensure development process for product initiatives from test to commercialization. Perform routine maintenance and critical resolutions within STIBO and RMS to minimize impact to associates, customers, inventory, and financials.
- Project creation and management for all items going through commercialization by utilizing JIRA to create and enrich epics. Ensure tickets are assigned accurately to stakeholders.
- Manage product listing process for commercializing all offers. Work collaboratively with Space Planning to delist and optimize space. Communicate changes cross-functionally along with inventory exit plan both with vendors and stores.
- Partner with category leads on vendor relationships. Set inventory minimum/maximum standards with manufacturers and wholesalers. Develop and maintain relationships to ensure vendors are managing inventory levels and preparation.
- Support both Marketing and Store Operations by communicating and resolving category related issues and concerns from customers, store operations, vendors, and corporate associates. Create contingency plans in the event products or service standards are not met. Has authority to take proper action when needed.
- Support all promotional and rewards driven offers for all Foodservice categories ensuring coupon enrichment and submission process is followed.
- Partner with Category, F&R, Space Planning, Master data Management, COE, Rewards, Contact Center, Product Development, Foodservice Ordering and Strategic Sourcing teams when issues arise to resolve and communicate next steps with item execution to all parties.

What Can I Expect as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)?
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Beacon, you will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges. Your role will be instrumental in helping residents live independently, achieve personal goals, and improve their quality of life.
Daily Responsibilities Include:
· Provide Support & Care: Encourage and guide individuals throughout the day to meet their goals, following person-centered and behavior plans.
· Foster a Safe Environment: Create a trust-filled space where individuals feel safe, supported, and respected, ensuring their rights are upheld.
· Meal Prep & Housekeeping: Cook meals based on dietary specifications and assist with laundry and cleaning to maintain a safe and organized home environment.
· Transportation & Advocacy: Transport individuals to appointments, advocate on their behalf, and assist with documentation.
· Medication Administration: Administer medications as prescribed and ensure the correct dosage is provided.
· 24/7 Availability: Remain awake and accessible in homes requiring round-the-clock care.
· Supervise Daily Activities: Support individuals with personal care, life skills, and social activities.
