We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to oversee the upkeep and repair of all Sheridan Auto Group buildings. The ideal candidate will take initiative, be highly organized, and capable of independently managing routine and emergency maintenance tasks across multiple locations.
Responsibilities:-
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry

Conduct regular inspections of all dealership and body shop buildings

Address maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner

Handle seasonal maintenance including snow removal, landscaping support, and gutter clearing
-
Assist in setting up events, signage, and facility rearrangements
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
-
Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as needed
-
Track and maintain supply inventory for maintenance needs
-
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
-
Report any major maintenance concerns to management immediately
-
Proven experience as a facility or building maintenance technician
-
Strong working knowledge of building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.)
-
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently
-
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or in tight spaces
-
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
-
Strong communication and organizational skills
-
High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certifications a plus

Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) ($18 an hour to $21 an hour)
