Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
- Follow infection control and universal precaution policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
- Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, delivering excellent customer service.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
- Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
- Ability to work around cleaning products.
- Capable of following oral and written instructions.
- Residency in the service area is required.

- Utilize evidence-based intervention methods within scope of practice to meet needs of population. Common approaches at Premise sites might include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, Written Exposure Therapy, and CAMS.
- Counsel individuals regarding problems such as stress, substance abuse, and family situations, to modify behavior or to improve personal, social, and vocational adjustment.
- Engage clients in collaborative discussion of treatment goals and desired outcomes.
- Participate as an active team member in the clinical care team. Duties may include consultation, case management, care coordination, and coordination of referrals.
- May be require other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or equivalent field of study.
- Licensed mental health clinicians including: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
- Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS – care) certification must be obtained within 12 months of hire.
- 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Must have prior counseling experience in the field of treatment of behavioral mental health including depression, mood disorders, alcoholism and drug dependency, family counseling, marital relationship, grief, loss, etc.
- Experience in crisis management, abuse reporting, and cultural competence to meet the diverse needs of the population served in a treatment setting.
- Experience identifying, preventing, and treating of suicidal behaviors.
- Experience with patient referral management and knowledge of available referral resources.
