What You'll Do:
Under the guidance of the Program Manager and Rehabilitation Supervisor, you'll:
- Help manage the day-to-day operations of the living site
- Support clients in developing everyday skills (cooking, budgeting, hygiene, etc.)
- Serve as a community connector , helping clients access vital services and entitlements
- Build therapeutic relationships that foster trust and healing
- Step in as a site leader when the Program Manager is away
- Participate in creating and implementing treatment plans as part of a dynamic support team
- Monitor medication usage and maintain proper documentation
- Be part of crisis response and emergency protocols when needed

**Candidate Profile** :

Experience with HRIS and benefits administration platforms for at least two years is essential.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory.

**What You'll Do:**
+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the interior and exterior perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activities.
+ Monitor for unusual activity and report observations according to established protocols.
+ Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and support a secure environment.
+ Maintain detailed records and logs of patrols, incidents, and other relevant activities as required by site policies.

**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.
+ Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Who You Are:

- Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

- Willing and available to work a static weekly schedule with a minimum of 24 hours per week at a TurboTax location
- Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax-related content and resources for your community in accordance with Intuit’s policies
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus
- Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing
