As a Security Professional - Manufacturing Patrol in Cleveland, TN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible throughout the facility, and provide outstanding customer service and communication to all personnel and visitors. What Youll Do:
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
- Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues within the facility.
- Assist employees, visitors, and/or contractors with directions and general information as needed.
- Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific protocols while performing assigned duties.

Minimum Requirements:
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay Range: $53.50 - $55.50 per hour
Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join a multidisciplinary behavioral health team in Delano, CA. This full-time contract role offers a stable schedule, comprehensive benefits, and the possibility of converting into a long-term state position with outstanding benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver crisis response and emergency consultation services during scheduled hours
- Perform detailed mental health evaluations, including assessments of criminal and substance use history
- Accurately evaluate suicide risk and ensure precise documentation
- Administer psychotherapy and conduct interviews in both standard and challenging environments
- Work collaboratively with medical and behavioral health teams to diagnose and treat psychiatric conditions
- Prepare clinical documentation, develop treatment plans, and provide consultation on complex mental health needs
- Monitor patient progress, document all care accurately, and uphold ethical and legal standards of care
- Provide care team recommendations and participate in interdisciplinary communication and planning
- Experience: At least 12 continuous months of LPCC experience in the last 3 years within a public or private healthcare setting
- Education: Masters degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Licensure: Active LPCC license issued by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences
- Certifications: Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- ID Requirement: Valid Drivers License or Passport
