MCIOC enables Marine Corps Information Operations and influence capabilities to shape and inform the information environment in support of operational commanders.
We are seeking qualified candidates to fill mission-critical roles as team members rotate in and out due to long-term military leave or to fill position vacancies.
Opportunities span a wide range of mission-critical functions, including:
+ Intelligence Support to the Information Environment (IE)
+ Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) Planning
+ Military Deception (MILDEC) Planning
+ Deception Activities Intelligence Support
+ Influence Operations Planning
+ Regional and Linguistic Expertise in Mandarin, Farsi, Russian, and Arabic for cultural analysis, translation, and support to influence operations

Required SkillsRequired Experience
Positions may be available at multiple experience levels , subject to the labor category, experience level requirements, and budget defined by the contract for the position being filled.
Journeyman Level-- One of the following:
+ Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in the specific task; OR
+ Associate's degree plus 4 years of work experience in the specific task ; OR
+ 6+ years of relevant experience (no degree required)
Senior Level- One of the following:
+ Master's degree and 7+ years of experience in the specific task; OR
+ Bachelor's degree plus 12+ years of work experience in the specific task; OR
+ 8+ years of relevant experience (no degree required)
Additional Requirements:
+ Relevant experience supporting DoD or USMC Information Operations
+ Strong understanding of joint planning, intelligence support, and influence operations
+ Ability to work on-site at Quantico, VA
+ Active Top Secret clearance with immediate SCI eligibility

What You’ll Do
As a DHS Service Associate, you will:
- Provide direct care to shelter residents, including assistance with daily living activities, wound care, and incontinence care.
- Conduct health assessments, offer health education, and determine if advanced medical care is needed.
- Assist clients in replacing medications, medical equipment, and supplies.
- Advocate for clients' healthcare needs in collaboration with the Disaster Health Services supervisor.
- Support maternal and child health needs when necessary.
- Complete a combination of self-paced and instructor-led training (approximately 9 hours).

We’re looking for individuals who:
- Hold a current, unencumbered license in one of the following professions:
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
- Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)*
- Paramedic*
- Medical Doctor (MD)
- Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
- Physician Assistant (PA)
- Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
- Are at least 18 years old.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (required for divisional and national deployments).
- Are willing to volunteer in person at disaster shelters before, during, or after disaster events.
- Can follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- Are available to comply with Red Cross COVID-19 policies.
