Compensation & Growth Path
This is a part time equity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends , Autheo , and the WFO Creator Network , along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing, and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries.  Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 3 to 4 months, following our next round of funding and validator node sales.

ROLE: DIRECTCOR FO PROJECT MANAGEMENT - WEB3 LAYER-1 BLOCKCHAIN

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with background in the Web3 layer and Cosmos SDK. You'll play a key role in making sure projects are successful. You'll work cross-functionally, use Agile methods like Scrum and sprint planning, and make sure projects are done on time and within scope. You'll also help us move towards a more structured way of managing projects to make things more predictable and clear, while still being flexible.

Responsibilities

Use project management methods, like Gantt charts and critical path analysis, along with Scrum practices.

• Set up a detailed project structure, with clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Watch project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make sure we stick to timelines.

• Lead sprint planning sessions, set sprint goals, and break down project requirements into tasks.

• Work with different teams to use Scrum principles and practices in project workflows.

• Use project resources wisely, considering team capacity and availability.

• Communicate well with stakeholders, giving regular updates on project status, risks, and achievements.

• Help team members work together well, making sure different teams work towards project goals and solve conflicts as needed.

• Keep project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.

• Make sure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, especially using Scrum methods, and knowledge of the Web3 layer and Cosmos SDK.

• Understanding of Agile principles and the ability to change project management approaches as project needs change.

• Good leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide different teams to achieve project goals.

• Great communication and people skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.

• Good attention to detail and organization skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time.

• Ability to adapt to change while still keeping a structured approach to project management.
