Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field or a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of two years of appropriate and related experience in a Human Services area
Preferences:
* 10 or more years of experience with APS, CPS, and Foster Care
* 2 years or more of quality assurance experience and supervising a team
* Experience with teaching or training large groups of staff
* 5 years or more years of experience entering information into OASIS and PeerPlace
Special Requirements:

Work Schedule:

Hiring Salary Range:
$98,475.00 to $128,017.50

Cherokee Nation Government Solutions, (CNGS) is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to support the US Marine Corp Cyberspace Operations Group (MCCOG). The objective is to support the MCCOG in carrying out the technical, engineering, operations, maintenance, and management functions that support global network operations and defense of the Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN). The MCEN is comprised of Eight Information Technology (IT) Support Centers (ITSCs) which are responsible for the management and compliance of devices (specifically workstations and other endpoints) within their regions; and the Quantico Operations Center which monitors network operations 24x7x365 through an array of strategically positioned sensors to ensure the availability and security of the MCEN. Specifically, the Operations Center monitors three major areas of the MCEN: (1) threats and vulnerabilities; (2) Information Technology (IT) systems status and performance; and (3) global Government operations.
The Program Manager will manage a large team of skilled and trained MCEN staff. The Program Manager will oversee all contract-related activities and managing contractor personnel. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for contractor staff and government stakeholders, ensuring high-quality execution of contract requirements and alignment with MCCOG technology objectives. This position emphasizes leadership, network operations expertise, DoD networks, strategic contract management, with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and stakeholder coordination.

My client is supporting a Navy project based out of Indian Head, Maryland and is in need of a facilities construction project manager to join their team. Their day to day responsibilities will include helping to oversee the facility renovations of over 900 federal buildings onbase, some of which have complexities due to the energetics work in the building. Their day to day will be supporting project planning and proposal efforts, tracking schedules and project status, and conducting site visits.

Description:
- Ability to oversee the day-to-day execution of work described in the SOW and supervision of contract personnel.
- Ability to oversee recruitment and assignment of appropriately cleared, technically qualified Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to JCITA course teams.
- Ability to immediately correct performance issues.
- Expert ability to manage numerous complex and time-critical activities simultaneously.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: 10+ years of supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated experience interfacing directly with the Government to capture, prioritize, and deconflict requirements.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Graduate of an accredited Counterintelligence (CI) Special Agent credentialing school so Badge and Credentialed.
Security Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI and willing to take a CI Poly if needed.
Location:
- Quantico, VA., Russell Knox Building (RKB).
