+ Conduct periodic site visits to monitor the progress of construction.
+ Review status of work completed during the period covered.

+ Review of subcontracts, bonds/subcontractor default insurance.

**Job Description:**
The Project Analyst will perform critical program management and business analysis for projects under the IC2IS division and provides recommendations to ensure program success. Provides program analysis support for all aspects of the program. Will support the development and execution of program documentation and processes. This position support NAWCAD WOLF in St. Inigoes, MD. He/she should have proficient skills in MS Word and MS excel; with experience with MS project as a plus. The candidate must be organized and quick to respond to actions/data calls. Daily interactions will be with direct supervisor, client, and other members of the project team.
**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Support Task Lead on day to day management of the task
+ Responsible for acquisition/material management; including ordering, tracking, receipt
+ Maintains documents at every level of a project in accordance with the statement of work
+ Coordinates and leads action item tracking meetings
+ Develop the monthly briefings in support of the client to the sponsor
+ Work with IC2I&S Financial support for Funding acceptance, Contract funding, Division Data calls
+ Travels to site as required to support key personnel
**Required Qualifications: **
+ Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, is required
+ Ability to organize and transfer numerous project files to appropriate end state locations
+ Strong understanding of funding to update financials and various supporting spreadsheets for IC2&IS
+ Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written, as well as establish and maintain a strong customer focused working relationship.
+ Administration of Intelshare projects
