The Project Manager is responsible for managing team(s) of construction personnel who are responsible for installing, servicing, repairing structures and major components and will schedule and oversee the installation of products. This individual will ensure adherence to contract specifications and established policies and procedures as well as managing subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. This position will ensure that project / department milestones / goals are met according to approved budgets as well as promote and support our Mission Statement, our strategic intent, and Company policies and safety practices.

Essential Functions:
  • To provide superior service, ensure quality workmanship and greater value to customers and assist in maintaining JF Petroleum Group as the recognized leader for Installation Services.
  • Strong Project Management and organizational skills.
  • Oversee and verify accurate estimating.
  • Interface with estimating department regarding change orders.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, & organized workplace / worksite.
  • Personnel - Emphasis on employee satisfaction, development, involvement, & empowerment.
  • Provide all Installation personnel with a safe work environment.
  • Verify that all equipment is clean, safe, operational, and presents The Correct Company Image.
  • Maintain vehicle maintenance schedule.
  • Maintain the clean and organized storage of all tools and equipment.
  • See that job site signs are properly installed.
  • Maintain accurate daily records of all work performed.
  • Emphasis on customer satisfaction, quality, and cost control.
  • Responsible for quality and timely completion of all projects.
  • Attend pre-job conferences with an emphasis on verification of parts, equipment, and scope of work.
  • Verify permitting for all aspects of projects.
  • Verify the work against the Project drawings to ensure compliance
  • Attend / Participate in weekly OPS meetings.
  • Establish project schedule with attention to the most economical approach to projects.
  • Monitor progress of all jobs. (Includes monitoring and scheduling of Sub-Contractors
  • This position is directly responsible for leading employees & supervisors of the division and indirectly responsible for all employees within the division.

Requirements

  • Highschool Diploma or GED required
  • 3-5 years of petroleum industry experience or 10 years of project management experience.
  • Experience and knowledge of project management tools. Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
  • Budget building knowledge.
  • Proficiency in planning, organizing, and prioritizing.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Must be able to meet company's employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR, if driving for the company
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to repetitively lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 pounds, frequent bending, stooping, standing 8-10 hours per day.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, guiding them through setup, technical configuration, and clinical workflows.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Clinical, Engineering, Compliance, Patient Support, and Customer Success to align resources and ensure successful delivery.
  • Perform light technical configuration, system setup, and validation of integrations to ensure readiness for launch.
  • Anticipate potential blockers, resolve issues quickly, and escalate as needed to keep projects on track.
  • Contribute to building scalable implementation playbooks, checklists, and best practices that improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Gather client feedback post-launch and work with internal teams to enhance the onboarding experience.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; experience in healthcare, health tech, or SaaS strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years of implementation or project management experience in digital health, healthcare technology, or SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of technical integrations and implementations with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and product teams.
  • Proven success managing multiple, complex projects with tight deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills-able to synthesize and present information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organized, with exceptional follow-through, attention to detail, and accountability.
  • Calm under pressure and effective at navigating ambiguity with a solutions-first mindset.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
  • PMP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Help grow a collaborative and continuously improving engineering culture; teach and serve as an example to the team of Scrum and agile values and principals; coach and give feedback to individuals (including senior leadership) and teams; facilitate Scrum Events as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer, and take ownership for feature release coordination of KPMG Emerging Technology products
  • Deliver effective conflict resolution between individuals and teams with an assertive but friendly attitude with excellent interpersonal skills; provide effective methods and practices for managing and resolving impediments
  • Act as an expert in estimation and planning techniques; explain and teach release planning in an empirical environment; clarify the differences between various Scrum Scaling frameworks and approaches
  • Advocate for modern agile software development and organizational practices, such as XP, CI/CD, Devops, TDD, and more; automate flow of Project Status and facilitate continuous and real-time transparency for effective communication, support and decision making
  • Assist with coaching and training both individuals, teams, and programs to clarify goals, break anti-patterns and put plans in place to achieve stronger results; utilize different agile techniques to improve the efficiency of the development team
  • Provide scaling expertise to align multiple agile teams, collaborate and facilitate planning with large groups, coach product owners on managing scaled product backlog of epics and features, and facilitate decision making with product owners, and architects; mentor and support a product owner in effective techniques for backlog creation, management, and refinement; demonstrate effective techniques for managing team interruptions, and for protecting the team in a sprint; work beyond team boundaries to improve efficiencies, flow of work, and value delivered
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience and expertise in multiple agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe, Lean, and more) with the ability and flexibility to adapt approach to fit team and product environment;
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; relevant practitioner level certifications (PSMII/CSP) are preferred
  • Deep expertise in helping teams build and develop trust, safety, and effective communication
  • Proven track record at facilitating, coaching, and mentoring teams and leaders in agility and towards rapidly delivering high impact, high quality software in a sustainable fashion
  • Experience with full Software development life cycle and advocating for modern agile software development and organizational practices as well as collaborating with non-agile teams; technical experience developing software, portfolio level planning, and/or business experience is preferred; experience with agile tools and scaling them across multiple teams is a plus
  • Excellent visualization skills with ability to explain and create visual radiators; demonstrated deep system level thinking and proven ability to impact whole program dynamics
  • Strong verbal/written communication, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; ability to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and team work is required; strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and capacity to work on multiple projects simultaneously; capability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans
