- Forecast and update key project milestones.
- Manage and monitor local design teams in accordance with commission criteria.
- Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders
- Rapid response to RFIs from the field.
- Provide expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance where required.
- Independent review of status reports, drawing submittals, timelines and costs from architects, contractors and suppliers.
- Client management – assist in developing excellent working relationships with Clients, with a view towards maximizing new opportunities.

Qualifications
- Senior Project or Construction Manager or leadership experience in data center construction, with a strong network of industry contacts.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, particularly MEP fit-outs, and coordinate multiple trades. Experience with both ground-up construction and fit-out projects is highly desirable.
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is required. A master's degree or additional certifications in project management or a related discipline is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in business development and the ability to deliver projects effectively.

The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive project coordination and operational support for Defense Health Program (DHP) financial audit readiness efforts. This role serves as a central hub for cross-functional collaboration, documentation management, stakeholder communication, and governance tracking. The Analyst ensures project milestones, deliverables, and risk mitigation plans are actively monitored, documented, and executed to meet audit and compliance objectives. On-site presence is required in Falls Church, VA . Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to : Track project risks, actions, and stakeholder communications using centralized project trackers. Draft, review, and coordinate weekly workstream updates, Monthly Performance Reports (MPRs), and other requirements. Oversee the deliverables tracker to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant submissions. Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding of contract personnel and maintain appropriate trackers. Maintain accurate and current rosters, organizational charts, certification trackers, and contact directories. Support internal meetings by preparing agendas, securing conference rooms, and scheduling recurring engagements. Update and maintain the program's communication plan and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prepare high-level briefings for senior leadership. Perform quality assurance reviews of slide decks, documents, and reports across all workstreams (e.g., SAT, RMIC). Edit and maintain templates in accordance with DHA SOPs and formatting/style guidelines. Archive and organize project documentation using systems such as the ARC Tool and SharePoint. Design, update, and maintain SharePoint sites for multiple audit-related workstreams. Ensure storage and accessibility of current DHA-approved templates and reference materials in centralized repositories.
