**Purpose**
Assist in application of administrative, technical, and managerial tasks to assigned utility projects to ensure their successful and timely completion within the allocated budget.
**Responsibilities**
**Leadership and Direction**
+ Receive broad guidance from senior-level management relating to overall key objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters and general parameters for execution. Manage people and processes to ensure effective execution. Review work produced by staff for quality assurance.
**At the Operational and Company Level**
+ Actively market the firm's capabilities to establish new clients and enhance relationships with existing clients. 
+ Represent project team in client communications and resolutions. 
+ Help coordinate with other internal departments to meet project requirements.
**Do the Work**
+ Assist in designing complex electrical, telecommunications and natural gas systems in accordance with current utility standards, current code requirements and sound engineering principles. 
+ Perform project development for complex projects, including finalizing scope of projects, preparing bid summaries, preparing project budgets and cost estimates.  
+ Aid in preparation of designs, specification, plans, estimates, and reports for projects.  
+ Coordinate with the utility companies to approve submitted plans, develop their service plans and to schedule the installation of their service facilities.
+ Review project changes, pending or anticipated alterations to the contract, additional work requests, and all other factors, which may significantly affect staffing requirements or budget.  
+ Provide technical assistance in the resolution of design problems including field investigation or inspections, detailed design work, detailed review of design computations done by others and general coordination of design aspects. 
+ Apply general knowledge of engineering principles and procedures. 
+ Track designs through project construction/completion. 
+ Conduct field observations visits to accurately document the existing field conditions.  
+ Accurately produce the project construction documents to meet milestone schedules within a predetermined hourly budget. 
+ Attend coordination and design meetings, as needed. 
+ Work within established project budgets. 
+ Possess and continue to develop a working knowledge of all codes applicable to the discipline. 
+ Possess and continue to develop a working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit software.

+ Assist with monitoring and management of work-in-process, billings, and outstanding accounts receivable collection efforts.

**Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma / GED required. Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field preferred.
+ Ten or more (10+) years of dry utility-related experience, preferably in design and coordination of the installation of dry utilities for commercial, government, academic, R&D, multi-family, industrial and similar projects. Commensurate experience working for a dry utility provider in the Engineering, Operations, Program/Project Management, or similar divisions will be considered depending on the duties performed by the candidate.

The Disaster Program Delivery Specialist:
- Collects, coordinates and/or reviews applicant data to determine eligibility and priority of assignments to include but not limited to: audits for completeness, reviews information gathered during the Preliminary Damage Assessment (PDA) for assigned applicants, completes exploratory calls to gather information from applicants, and understands each applicants' projects and recovery priorities.
- Supports the communication process with the applicant about their status by scheduling regular meetings, tracking and following up with the applicants on FEMA's requests. **Compensation and Benefits**

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $125,000-135,000 annually, plus an annual manager bonus. The Mission, Concept and Capabilities (MCC) division of Applied Research Associates, Inc. (ARA) is seeking a Project Management Analyst  focusing on support to the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research & Engineering. The candidate demonstrates mature judgement required to interface with external stakeholders and senior Government personnel and supports rapid prototyping and project integration.

This position requires a candidate with experience performing a variety of tasks to support leaders in the Department of Defense including: 

• Coordinate requirements for the application of current and emerging technologies
• Conduct systems trade-off and technical analysis for projects
• Assist with project oversight from inception through transition with attention to technical and programmatic metrics and milestones
• Analyze and evaluate project proposals to ensure alignment with DoD strategies and goals
• Provide analysis and project management support to monitor project execution
• Track project efforts to rapidly identify and resolve potential and new problems
• Develop documents, briefings materials, and responses to short notice data calls for senior leadership

Required Qualifications:

About the Role:
As a CBRE Project Management Consultant, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to an assigned market or client account to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives.

· Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
