CAM type duties will also be required including program alignment and information flow-up, PMT data completion, and internal team goal tracking.

+ Developing mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with program managers and customers.
+ Communicating status of projects to leadership, identifying and communicating risks and work issues to meet expected results and schedule.
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 9 years of relevant professional / military experience in Project Management, OR a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant professional / military Project Management experience, OR a Master's degree and at least 3 years of relevant professional / military Project Management experience OR a PhD and at least 1 year of relevant professional / military Project Management experience
+ Must have experience in Agile Methodology, Control Account Management (CAM), and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
+ Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule that may include extended alternate/second shifts, holidays, and weekends and support on call status for 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week, 365 days a year.
+ Must have an active DoD Secret or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).
+ Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable time as determined by the company
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ DoD Top Secret clearance.
+ Experience as a formal military or civilian training instructor.
+ Experience in military or civilian aircraft maintenance.
+ Experience in training content delivery and instructor methodologies.
+ Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite to include Microsoft Project, Learning Content Management Systems, Learning Management Systems, or other related software suites.
Salary Range: $91,200.00 - $136,800.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

+ The SPM is responsible for the aircraft and all equipment maintenance required to ensure execution of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) to include aircraft maintenance, personnel, materials and inspections as well as launch and recovery of the aircraft.
+ These actions include supply, procurement, production control, quality control, component failure reports, and acquisition of commercial data.
+ This effort includes additional support, such as over and above (O&A) tasks; engineering services including development, test and FAA certification of modifications and installation of modifications; depot maintenance support, worldwide field team support, aircraft crash investigations, and damage repair; and submission and management of Air Force Form 107 for data and technical support to maintain the KC-46 aircraft.
