Project Management and Planning Operations :
Identify, coordinate, and align the build teams and functions supporting a major Advanced Development Programs (ADP) portfolio.
Support floor Supervisors and Project Engineers in business execution tasks, this role will also act as a FOD prevention POC, iCAR coordinator, and general process compliance improvement POC.
CAM type duties will also be required including program alignment and information flow-up, PMT data completion, and internal team goal tracking.

Description: As the Project Management & Planning Operations, Sr. on the production operations build team, you will oversee Earned Value Management (EVM) for the production operations Integrated Product Team (IPT), serving as a liaison between senior management, build managers, and the project team for a new start restricted access effort.

You will also ensure the development of mechanisms for monitoring earned value progress and for intervention and problem-solving with project managers, execution teams, and internal/external stakeholders. Additionally, this role will oversee risk and opportunity management for the production operations team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading e projects, initiatives, and studies in support of the production operation earned value initiatives. These activities span technical, programmatic, and administrative content to include anomaly resolution, risk mitigation, opportunity exploitation, project leadership, program management support, engineering support, and process evaluation. Candidate will help in coordination and maturing MRA/ MRL to meet contractual requirements. In performing these activities, the successful candidate will regularly interface with executive management, program leaders, and support disciplines to develop comprehensive solutions. • Setting up cost control system, monitoring and controlling costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system
• Performing analyses and preparing reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters
• Preparing budgets and schedules for contract work and performs and/or assisting in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis
• Preparing program plans to ensure program requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled
• Monitoring funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures and preparation of expenditure projections
• Monthly material and subcontract financial forecasting
• Incorporating contractual changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each contract in order to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines

**Responsibilities**
+ Manages multiple and/or large programs to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives.
+ Manages the work activities for multiple programs to ensure satisfying delivery.
+ Manages the planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery.
+ Tracks progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators, and prepares reports to senior management.

+ The SPM is responsible for the aircraft and all equipment maintenance required to ensure execution of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) to include aircraft maintenance, personnel, materials and inspections as well as launch and recovery of the aircraft.
+ These actions include supply, procurement, production control, quality control, component failure reports, and acquisition of commercial data.
+ This effort includes additional support, such as over and above (O&A) tasks; engineering services including development, test and FAA certification of modifications and installation of modifications; depot maintenance support, worldwide field team support, aircraft crash investigations, and damage repair; and submission and management of Air Force Form 107 for data and technical support to maintain the KC-46 aircraft.
**Qualifications**
+ An active DoD Secret clearance is required for consideration.
+ 12+ years (Bachelors degree highly preferred); (or Masters Degree with 10) and aircraft maintenance management or aircraft program or project management experience required for consideration.
