**Position Summary:**
The primary focus of this role is the delivery of the IT Global Product Development & Supply portfolio. This position is responsible for the planning and execution of assigned projects supporting IT for the Global Product Development and Supply (GPS) function, reporting to the Director, GPS IT Portfolio Delivery Lead. **Key Responsibilities:**

**Qualifications & Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Science, Information Systems Management or related field and 3-6 years of relevant experience.
+ Experience implementing Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for Electronic Batch Record, Manufacturing Systems Architecture (MSA), Supply Chain, Data & Analytics, Product Development, MS&T etc. would be a plus.
+ Thorough knowledge of, and experience in, project management principles, methodologies and tools
+ A solid understanding of how projects are planned & executed. Proven leadership skills and track record of success in managing IT projects. Excellent project and program management skills.
+ Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and an understanding of drug development and manufacturing preferred

**Education Minimum Requirement:**

**Job Description**
**The Perry Group is seeking an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with significant experience with substations.**
Responsibilities may vary from project to project; however, they essentially include:
+ Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives for projects.
+ Prepares detailed statements of work with associated work breakdown structures (budgets) and gains concurrence and approval from internal and external stakeholders.
+ Manages project costs and is responsible for ensuring profitability.
+ Creates and reviews timely client billings with internal billing support. Responsible for ensuring timely client payment and follows up on outstanding client invoices to obtain payment. Reviews and approves subcontractor/vendor invoices to ensure timely payment to outside resources.
+ Performs ongoing review of project status. On an ongoing basis, monitors project risks and escalates as appropriate.
+ Manages project change using change management protocols.
+ Clearly communicates project deadlines, assignments, and objectives to project team members.
+ Prepares overall project schedule/timeline and in-house construction budgets by group responsibility.
+ Facilitates meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Provides assistance/guidance to engineering disciplines for code reviews and resolution of problem areas.
+ Coordinates submittals to local/state/federal agencies.
+ Provides or assists with the completion of work per project schedule.
+ Reviews file transfer documents and forwards to proper engineering personnel.
+ Coordinates and monitors the technical work of each task / deliverable.
+ Reviews documents prepared for each project.
+ Monitors progress toward deliverables and schedules.
+ Reviews and approves Engineering (Design) Change Notices when appropriate for the project.
+ Coordinates with the Project Construction Manager to setup and attend pre-bid meetings and tabulation of bid results.
+ Prepares closeout meeting / Lessons Learned meeting.
+ Prepares monthly reports.
+ Prepares bid packages.
+ Prepares and distribute addendums.
+ Files and stores project contract documents.
+ Research as needed and responds to proposed changes and RFIs from the field.
+ Prepares and distributes contract modifications.
+ Research on technical or contract document questions.
+ Mentors less experienced Project Managers.
+ Pay Range Minimum: $138,320
+ Pay Range Maximum: $197,600
**Skills & Abilities**
+ Significant experience working with project management methodology including budget development, project planning, control and assurance methodologies, project management software and finance and accounting concepts and practices.
+ Demonstrates excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
+ Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and clients.
+ Possesses ability to interact with varying levels of staff, as well as vendors/subcontractors.
+ Excellent personal computer skills including expert knowledge in MS Word and Excel.
+ Demonstrates superior organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.
+ Understanding of building materials and construction methods; knowledge of procedures for production of construction documents.
+ Analytical and problem-solving skills.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree
+ Thirteen (13) or more years of relevant work experience
+ PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification is required (within 12 months of hire or promotion onto the Approved Project Manager list)
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Significant design-build / EPC experience with substations

**Additional Pay Range Information**
CDM Smith is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This pay range is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels for the geographic location assigned to the position. In addition to geographic location, a candidate's salary is determined by several other factors including, but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, relevant work experience, skills, required certifications, and education/training.
**Additional Compensation**
All bonuses at CDM Smith are discretionary and may or may not apply to this position.
