Job Description
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
You will work in the dynamic future field of electrification and be responsible for the acquisition of customers for projects in power electronics for electrified vehicles. This starts with the definition and engagement in the pre-selling strategy, which will be part of your tasks.
You are technically responsible for the acquisitions of all customers in the region of the Americas and lead the cross functional global project team consisting of system, hardware, mechanics, software, application, purchasing and plant. As a central interface, you are very well networked across all functions involved, including the customer teams. You continuously optimize cooperation and processes and maintain a solution-oriented and partnership-based collaboration. The definition and alignment of pricing strategies together with the commercial teams is essential part to win acquisitions.
Beyond individual acquisitions, you will identify acquisition specific customer trends and requirements, market activities and competitor information in collaboration with the customer teams (key accounts). You pursue and realize the acquisition targets, reflect the local market requirements for the products back into the organization in order to achieve a sustainable alignment of the technical product concepts.
Once won, you will guide the project throughout the development phase with the support of the local engineering team and in intense collaboration of the global development network as well as all related functions like purchasing, industrialization and plants and quality.

- Working with partners and teammates to mature ARV's Combat Vehicle prototype production capability in order to manufacture prototype Combat vehicles
- Establish the required relationships in order to transition Rheinmetall production capability from Europe to the US.
