Manages the development and delivery of a capital project or program to which he or she is assigned and focuses on the achievement of project cost and schedule objectives while achieving excellence in the areas of project safety and quality. Works directly with Construction Manager to ensure project is delivered with cost and schedule certainty. Manages risks and risk management issues to ensure risks are identified and mitigated. 1. Promotes safe behavior and adherence to the safety rules on the project. 4. Provides clear, timely and accurate project status reports for management. Prepares reports and presentations to management. Identifies, makes timely decisions and takes prompt action on project issues that could impact project performance. Promptly communicates issues to the next level of leadership that are outside the authority of capability of the Senior Manager to resolve.
5. Coordinates with all functional departments as required to achieve the requirements of the applicable corporate standards and to achieve project budget and timelineincluding CC&A, and Supply Chain. Monitors contractor performance in the area of project safety, schedule, cost, quality of work and compliance with contractual requirements.
**Minimum Requirements**
Minimum **education** required of the position

**JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE**
Manages Grid capital project portfolio and individual projects that are typically less than $5M. Works directly with Construction Engineers, Work Management Supervisor, and Operations Coordinators to ensure projects are estimated and delivered effectivly. Identifies, manages, and mitigates project risks. Manages the development and delivery of Grid Reliability capital project plans and focuses on the achievement of project cost and schedule objectives while achieving excellence in the areas of project safety and quality. **JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Promotes safe behavior and adherence to the safety rules on the project.
+ Leads the project team to establish leading indicators and proactive requirements to ensure safety is considered in all aspects of design and implementation for contractors, Entergy project team members, and the end user.
+ Ensures contract scope of work includes safety deliverables/requirements as needed.

**Summary**
The project manager- warranty will manage multiple projects related to warranty systems and processes designed to improve warranty credit collections. They will collaborate with field operations, OEM manufacturers, and other business partners to achieve the department goals. The project manager-warranty role must also be able to apply data analytics and continuous improvement skills in identifying opportunities to drove department success.
This position will interact with business partners and cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved on time and within budget. Project Managers are expected to report progress to all stakeholders, identify early warning signs and effectively communicate status and trend of their projects.
**Essential Functions**
+ Manage project plan, track dependencies, address constraints, resolve resource conflicts, assess impacts to plan, obtain estimates to complete forecast use of funds, ensure adherence to SDLC, report progress against plan.
+ Develop and execute project communications plan, facilitate team meetings, participate in key meetings that directly or indirectly impact the project, keep project stakeholders informed, prepare for and conduct executive steering committee meetings.
+ Gather content from respective project team members to complete interim and final deliverables. Present deliverables required at respective tollgates throughout the project live cycle.
