**Description:** As the Project Management & Planning Operations, Sr. on the production operations build team, you will oversee Earned Value Management (EVM) for the production operations Integrated Product Team (IPT), serving as a liaison between senior management, build managers, and the project team for a new start restricted access effort.

**Essential Functions:**
As a Senior Principal Project Manager, you will support the Global Supply Chain Program Management team and be responsible for managing Supplier's cost, schedule and technical activities. You will also be responsible for providing strategies and Suppliers status to NG senior leadership. You will apply proven program management and execution strategies and processes to lead cross-functional teams within specific Operating Units (Production, Development & Sustainment) to manage successful integrated project teams.
The Senior Principal Project Manager will report directly to the Development Operations Unit's Senior Manager. The Supplier's vary in size and experience within the industry. Candidates for this position will demonstrate a broad skill set that is balanced across leadership, collaboration, business analysis, communication, project management, stakeholder management, change management, and risk management.
**Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:**
+ Manage Supplier's cost, schedule and technical requirements
+ Lead Integrated Product Team to implement strategies and ensure Suppliers are performing to expectations
+ Report Supplier's status to various levels of leadership and the customer
+ Manage Supplier budgets and implement strategies for efficiencies and recoveries
+ Collaborate with Program Management to meet company goals
**Salary ranges will be dependent upon where the position is based and follows our company geographic salary bands aligned with position. Specific salary offer for candidate selected will be commensurate with experience.**
Senior Principal Level--California: 113,500-170,300
Senior Principal Level--Oklahoma: 92,900-139,300
**Basic Qualifications (Level 4):**
+ Must have a Bachelor's Degree with 8 years, of experience, Master's Degree with 6 years, of experience, or High School Diploma/Equivalent with 12 years of experience,. Experience must be in the following Supply Chain; Project Management, Sustainment, Proposals and/or Capture Efforts, Resource Planning, Accounting, Program Management, Program Scheduling, Program Cost Analysis, Subcontracts Administration, Procurement, Business Management, or Contracts
+ Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
+ **Must have an ACTIVE DoD Secret Clearance and ability to obtain/maintain Special Program Access in reasonable time frame deemed by Company needs**
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Subcontracts and/or procurement experience
+ Experience in Supplier Management and/or pricing and estimating
+ Control Account Management (CAM) experience
+ Adept in developing products in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint

Salary Range: $92,900.00 - $170,300.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
