The primary goal of this position is to lead and manage the delivery of major and high-profile implementation projects, from development to implementation. This includes ensuring projects are delivered and completed to a consistently high standard, within budget, and that objectives are met on time. A Project Manager must have practical experience as a project manager for large and complex enterprise software initiatives.

Manage and deliver large scale Capital Markets Projects, with duties including but not limited to:

• Plan, lead, manage, and coordinate project tasks using Microsoft Project Plan, resources, deliverables, issues logs, and risks logs.
• Builds strategic relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project is positioned strategically within organization.
• Utilizes and manages resources and coordinates effectively with stakeholders and colleagues.
• Ensures the project plan obligations are met regarding specifications, quality, costs and timeframes.
• Manages multi-faceted and complex IT projects across a matrix environment such as systems integration, systems architecture, new product development or custom systems development.
• Manage and identify risks and opportunities of projects
• Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
• Builds strategic relationships with clients and key decision-makers and participates in the Steering Committee for projects
• Monitor programs, procedures, and metrics to ensure adherence to defined project management standards, on-time delivery, and overall customer satisfaction

• Minimum 5 years in Project Management
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Agile Scrum Master Certification is highly desired. Master's degree preferred
• Experience and proven track record delivering large scale projects, ideally in the Capital Markets space.
• Strong knowledge and experience in the use of the various tools and processes to aid program management
• Track record of superior change management and contractual negotiations within complex project environments
• Strong leadership and management skills and strong customer escalation and resolution capabilities

Your Purpose:

• Manage successful delivery of the project to agreed targets on programme, budget and quality.
• Identifying and agreeing project objectives and developing a strategy for achieving these.
• Identifying and managing any matters that could pose a potential contractual/commercial risk to AtkinsRalis.
• Managing the project team building, motivating, maintaining, coaching and guiding the team.
• Facilitating communication, co-ordination and information flow with the Client and within the project team, including any subcontractors and partners (internal and external).
• Assembling and owning the project delivery programme and delivery plans.
• Protecting the commercial interest of AtkinsRalis, including timely and accurate invoicing and effective credit control for optimal cash flow (with the support of the finance community).
• Comparing revenue with predicted costs and identifying risk allowances, margin and provisions at project set-up and monthly thereafter, including Earned Value reporting.
• Closing out the project on completion, archiving project documentation, updating market information, ensuring that lessons learnt are captured and disseminated internally and ensuring that a Client Satisfaction survey is initiated.
• Support business development activities in line with our market strategies and governance.

What you can bring:

• Degree qualified, with demonstrable experience managing design commissions and/or design and build contracts on large infrastructure projects.
• Chartered Engineer/Scientist/PM.
• Market sector experience across a range of Water, Nuclear, Aviation and/or Defence Infrastructure is an advantage.

Manages multiple design projects end-to-end; oversees the execution of design intent from project outset to completion. Coordinates and communicates effectively and appropriately with project stakeholders including other project team members, clients, vendors, building management, consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors to convey project information in a timely and accurate manner.
