DMCS Contact Center Quality team is an essential part of the DMCS program. Its objective is to utilize operational techniques and activities to satisfy quality requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgement in resolving issues.
- Follow procedures and directions to assess the quality of service provided through monitoring incoming calls and other work types which focusing on the quality of customer service, accuracy of information provided, and adherence to established policies and procedures.

- Identify accounts requiring escalation, escalating immediately if warranted.

- Preform administrative functions that support the process of reports and appeals.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal regulations, policies, and procedures as they apply to student financial aid.

  • Weekly submission of quantities installed for productivity reporting on “Self-Perform” Projects
  • Know and understand all relevant project documentation (Drawings, Specifications, SOW, addendums, etc.)
  • Complete document control procedures (Drawing Log, RFIs, Submittals, Meeting Agendas and Minutes, Open Issues, etc.), including issuance of relevant documents to sub trades
  • Compile and submit required submittal packages with shop drawings for approval followed by completing and updating submittal log
  • Ensure Submittals comply with project specifications prior to submission
  • Compile and update project punch list or issues matrix
  • Review weekly productivity reports for potential areas of improvement with the Project Manager and Superintendent
  • Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in daily coordination of subcontractors and suppliers in accordance with the project schedule
  • Assist the Project Team with onsite material purchases as needed
  • Assist the Project Team in all required documentation including but not limited to Daily Pre Task, Man-hour reporting, Meeting agendas/minutes, and any other customer specific requirements
  • Assist and ensure proper documentation relevant to any additional work
  • Assist the Superintendent to ensure completion of “As Built” drawings
  • Assist PM and Superintendent in completing project closeout requirements
  • Assist corporate and onsite safety personnel and assist as required
  • Plan ahead in accordance with the project schedule
  • Act professional, courteous, respectful and helpful to everyone at all time
  • Assist with all Project Close out requirements

Required Skills

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Primavera

**Pay Range:** $18.50 and **up, depending on experience**
**What's the Job?**
Perform quality control inspections, checks, and tests during the manufacturing of products
Inspect materials, parts, and products at different stages of production
Record observations and make recommendations for improving processes
Utilize basic computer software to communicate effectively with other teams and record findings
Assist in an internal audit of work instructions and procedures
Interact with members of other teams to resolve questions and issues either via in person communication, via phone, or via email
**What's Needed?**
2+ years of general work experience, experience in quality is preferred, but open to relatable skills and experience
Advanced knowledge of calipers, tape measures, and other quality devices to ensure accuracy
Basic knowledge of product structures and routings for inspections
Understanding of general aspects of role including blueprint reading
Keen eye for detail and a team focused attitude
Proficiency in E Drawing
Basic computer skills are required
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred

**Job Title: Quality Inspector - 2nd Shift - $18 - $0/HR**
Job Description
Join our team as a Quality Inspector in a dynamic bread manufacturing company where you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of our bread and buns. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards that our customers expect from our products.
Responsibilities
+ Check and track numbers on paperwork and complete basic documentation regarding these checks.
+ Visually inspect bread for quality assurance.
+ Weigh bread on the production line to ensure it meets weight specifications.
+ Inspect the sanitation and cleanliness of the production floor.
+ Document findings and quality checks using an iPad.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in production, especially in food manufacturing or similar environments.
+ Understanding of the importance of production metrics and deadlines.
+ Background in food safety, preferably from food manufacturing, restaurant, or fast food industries.
+ Basic computer skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Certifications in GMP/CMP, SQF, or similar standards.
+ Experience with audits.
+ Leadership experience.
+ Knowledge of HACCP principles.

Work Environment
The work environment is a large, well-lit production facility. The temperature is generally normal, though it can get warm near ovens. The facility is clean, but some flour may be present on the floor depending on ongoing activities. The position is for the second shift, 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with potential for overtime, primarily in the summer months.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is 18.00 - 20.00/hr.
