**What you'll do**
+ Conduct quality inspections during the installation process to ensure work meets plans and specifications
+ Perform final inspections as requested by customers to ensure compliance with construction standards
+ Identify issues and report them to relevant team members for resolution
+ Record and follow up on non-compliance issues until they are resolved
+ Ensure all required testing is completed as specified and document the results
+ Follow installation milestones and support project activities as directed by management
+ Work overtime, travel, and handle on-call or after-hours responsibilities as needed, and perform duties in all weather conditions
+ Other duties as assigned
**What you'll need**
+ To be 18 years of age or older
+ Authorization to work in the United States for this company
+ Valid State driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record
+ One year of relevant work experience
Additional qualifications
+ Quality control experience preferred
+ Associates Degree in an industry related field or equivalent work experience
+ Knowledge and understanding of the telecommunication construction industry standard practices
+ Knowledge of Customer Installation Standards and Documentation

**Job Title:** Quality Assurance Technician
**Location:** Elkhart, IN
**Pay Range: $** 20.00/hour Raise to $0.75/hr upon hire-in + opportunities for multiple raises each year
**Shift:** 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform in-process and final inspections of aerospace materials and components.
+ Conduct quality control tests using standard measurement tools and techniques.
+ Accurately complete and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation in accordance with aerospace standards such as AS9100.
+ Calibrate and maintain inspection and gauging equipment to ensure accuracy.
+ Assist in root cause analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications are a plus.
+ 1-3 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
+ Prior experience using gauges, jigs, and molds for inspection strongly preferred.
+ Familiarity with aerospace quality standards such as AS9100, ISO 9001, or similar.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

An inventory control specialist monitors and manages a company's stock to ensure optimal levels, accuracy, and efficiency within the supply chain. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inventory Monitoring: Track incoming and outgoing products, supplies, and equipment to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Order & Shipment Management: Oversee purchase orders, receiving, and shipping processes to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Inventory Audits: Conduct regular physical counts and cycle counts to reconcile stock records and identify discrepancies.
- System Management: Develop and maintain inventory control systems and utilize inventory management software for tracking and reporting.
- Logistics Coordination: Work with various departments to coordinate stock transfers, manage logistics, and ensure proper storage.
- Loss Prevention: Monitor for shrinkage, obsolete items, and breakage, and implement strategies to reduce these issues.
- Forecasting & Replenishment: Analyze demand to forecast needs and determine when to reorder items, preventing shortages and overstocking.
- Development of the cycle count reports.
- Corrective actions for prevention of future issues discovered during cycle counting.
- Calculation of finished goods values for financial reporting
- Responsible for the storage, issue and receipts and staging of the inventories
- Support reporting activities including quarterly usage and age reports, across the dock information for savings and month end inventory balances.
- Willingness to work overtime, holidays, weekends as required.

About the Role:
As the Regional Quality & Benchmarking Specialist, you will build and implement quality systems for Reliability & Maintenance Engineering (RME). You will guide field teams in creating effective decision-making tools for site managers, evaluate Fulfillment Center RME performance, and implement best practices to improve reliability metrics year over year. You will be instrumental in leading Amazon RME towards World Class Maintenance.

Key job responsibilities
Key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Establish parts cage quality standard work in developing work benches, quality data, vendor defect rates and build a standard work around parts quality management
- Establish a forward looking risk-based interface to assist site leaders in prioritizing work based on risk of asset failure
- Partner with the central reliability and RAPA teams to develop tools, processes and automation to track the new audit and parts mechanisms to roll out across the board
- Establish RME standard work for determining maintenance procedure quality, details, timing, and structure for all sites and maintenance providers
- Perform regular maintenance audits in the field and analyzes what is being done relative to standard work best practices for all RME scope
- Lead the network in Continuous Improvement initiatives, using AMS Standards
- Identify and validate new company-wide Program Management (PM) processes and resources meet the highest safety and effectiveness standards
- Contribute as a senior quality engineer on a high performing team which defines and audits the quality of RME maintenance procedures and execution
- Help define the 3-5 year RME Quality strategic vision, have a long-term roadmap, establish the right Quality team dynamics, and deliver innovative, scalable testing solutions & programs
- Travel domestically up to 80%
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Reliability Engineering or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time Exempt experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Reliability Program Manager or equivalent
- 5+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other operations engineer tools
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing tools such as: 5S, 5Y, FMEA, PDCA, Value Stream Mapping, DMAIC, Run Charts, Pareto Analysis
- Strong communication and presentation/facilitation skills
- Strong analytical skills to deep dive into data
- Ability to multitask and prioritize many different projects
- PMP certification
