**Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (Depending on shift & Exp)**
**Schedule Options (Full-Time):**
+ 1st Shift: Sunday - Wednesday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
+ 2nd Shift: Sunday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Saturday, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Quality Control Associates to join a dynamic logistics team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering long-term growth and full benefits starting on day one.
**Interview Process:**
All qualified applicants will participate in a two-step interview process:
+ Virtual interview
+ Onsite interview at the Hazle Township facility
**Mandatory Paid Training in Chicago, IL:**
Selected candidates must complete a 4-week paid training program in Chicago, Illinois.
+ First 2 weeks in Illinois
+ Return home for 1 weekend
+ Final 2 weeks in IllinoisAll travel, lodging, and meals are 100% covered by the company. Full attendance is mandatory.
**Position Summary:**
The Quality Control Associate is responsible for verifying pallet integrity, identifying mis-picks and misplaced items, and ensuring orders are processed accurately. This role plays a key part in supporting inventory accuracy and order fulfillment operations, collaborating closely with Inventory Control Clerks and warehouse leadership.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Review outbound orders to verify quantities, packing, and load accuracy
+ Perform QC sampling and complete load audit documentation
+ Identify and report quality or safety issues to the Supervisor
+ Assist in coaching selectors to improve accuracy and performance
+ Support driver check-in by reviewing invoices for correctness
+ Inspect returned product and determine disposition
+ Collaborate with Inventory Control Clerks to resolve errors and rebuild pallets
+ Process damaged goods and ensure returned items are properly inventoried
+ Help maintain standard procedures and report any discrepancies
+ Generate reports and track QC-related data as required
+ Ensure safe work practices and maintain confidentiality of company information
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum one year of experience in quality control or relevant product handling
+ Experience with warehouse management systems preferred (Synapse a plus)
+ Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access
+ High School Diploma or GED required
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to accurately count inventory and interpret order documentation
+ Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

+ Indoor warehouse setting with occasional exposure to moving equipment and airborne particles
+ Noise levels may vary from quiet to moderately loud depending on operational activity

This is a 4+ year assignment with programmed 3% annual raises and no winter layoffs, offering stability and growth in a high-impact role. The PA Turnpike and GAI must approve the resume, so strong references are encouraged.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Conduct Quality Assurance inspections on multiple active construction projects along the PA Turnpike.
+ Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.
