* Support Engineering with Machine and Tooling validation.
* Manage and coordinate third-party ISO 9001 audits and UL/ETL inspections.
* Develop PPAP packages for certain customers.
* Support Purchasing in qualifying new suppliers.

Position Summary:
Plans and oversees activities concerned with development, application, and maintenance of quality standards. Responsible for the Quality System and leading the Quality team on regulating an entire product division. Manages and provides direction to junior level Quality Engineers, production line auditors, incoming inspectors, and the administrative support required in the Quality Department. The scope of this position includes the responsibility for successful launch of new model year products, developing and monitoring the quality system and metrics related to the production of the product, monitoring quality metrics reported to our customer, and responding to warranty/field issues and driving the appropriate corrective actions within the organization.
Position Responsibilities:
* Lead Quality personnel responsible for plant operations quality; verifying supplied components through standard and PPAP inspection and working with the Supplier Quality Manager to monitor and improve supplier quality, measuring and improving production quality, reporting the Customer Voice back to the organization.
* Establish quality goals and objectives for the plant as well as for individuals on the Quality team.
* Directs workers engaged in measuring, testing, and tabulating data concerning quality and reliability.
* Be the representative of the Quality System for the plant facing internal and external customers. This includes developing reports and presenting the performance and direction of the manufacturing Quality System to senior management.
* Support DFMEA/PFMEA activity with Design and Manufacturing Engineering. This will include participating in FMEA cross-functional reviews, oversight of Design Engineers and Manufacturing Engineers in the proper development and maintenance of FMEA's, approve RPN reduction activity, and drive continual improvements through an ongoing "RPN reduction" process.
* Support the implementation of effective, efficient, and documented Quality Systems throughout the company compliant with ISO 9001. Develop/update and implement Quality procedures and forms, including training.
* Drive data collection, analysis, and reporting for established Quality reports including Discrepant Material, Cost of Quality, Supplier Report Cards, production line First Pass Yield, Quality System/Control Plan Audits, and customer quality report cards.
* Aggressively drive resolution of FOX production and FOX supplier quality issues by applying 8D problem solving type tools, arriving at data driven conclusions, and supporting the implementation of effective solutions. Reduce reject rates by driving process control improvements at the system or part level.
* Develops and implements standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation, utilizing knowledge from various engineering fields, including chemical, computer, electrical, or mechanical.
* Establishes program to evaluate analytical testing, equipment, facilities, precision measurements, accuracy measurements, and performance testing.
* Performs engineering work to evaluate manufacturing processes or performance improvement projects for optimization.
* Duties also may include driving improvement "Kaizen" events with a team and the development of processes to ensure that quality, cost, and efficiency requirements are met.
* Interfaces with all other engineering components within the organization as well as customers and suppliers on quality related issues.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Safety-Training Coordinator position reports to the Operations Manager on site. He/she is responsible for the coordination and delivery of training courses that are required by DSV and the client. The programs would include but are not limited to quality control, work measurement, manufacturing methods, safety, and work instructions. He/she will be responsible to assist in oversight & maintenance of the site regarding site procedures & work instructions, safety incident investigations, safety inspections & audits.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop self and always maintain knowledge in relevant fields.
* Monitor, measure, and report in-staff training and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and time.
* Facilitate shift training on safety, operations, quality, standard updates, and procedure updates.
* Facilitate safety training and Associate awareness of regulatory requirements including general awareness and function specific hazardous material handling.
* Implement OJT training programs, as required, to improve site performance.
* Conduct and supervise training and development programs for employees.
* Plan and deliver OJT training courses and programs necessary to meet training need while keeping in consultation with department heads.
* Ensure all training information is entered into the data base.
* Ensure site safety & training programs meet all regulatory, DSV and client requirements.
* Ensure site programs are audit ready to meet ISO (client) & 5-Star (DSV) requirements.
* Arrange for the maintenance of all necessary equipment and materials relating to the effective delivery and measurement of training.
* Plan, develop and implement strategy for staff training and development, establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of staff training and development.
* Responsible for equipment operator training, certifications, documentation, and record keeping.
* Issue all certification cards and Safety card to all associates with new hire and renewals.
* Answer (or find the answer) to any questions associates may have.
* Work closely with Management team and the operations department to help ensure that the business/operational needs are being met. Conduct and/or assist with operational investigations and recommend preventive actions.
* Evaluate all Associates skill levels to identify outages and retrain all Associates on any updates.
* Ensure all staffing changes are accurately reflected in the database and in the training files.
* Associates no longer with the company should have their files pulled and placed with HR file to be retained based on retention timeline.
* Make and maintain supply of forms, orientation packets, and safety packets.
* Ensure all information is communicated with your manager.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Quality Assurance Assistant is responsible for coordinating safety and quality functions and assisting the Supervisor making sure that the warehouse is in compliance with safety, and quality policies and principles. The position performs work involving the implementation of identified safety and training programs and a variety of associated operations. This position is expected to uphold and comply with all Standard Operating Procedures, corporate and site-specific policies, safety and work rules, and OSHA/MSDS Standards.

- Responsible for maintaining the Document Control Center, Data and Records of the Quality System.
