Responsible for quality control on USACE contract. Shall establish and maintain an effective quality control system for the construction site. The quality control system shall consist of plans, procedures, and organization necessary to produce an end product that complies with the contract requirements. Responsibility for the overall management of Contractor Quality Control with full authority to stop work until corrections are made.

**Job Description**
Essential Responsibilities:
+ The Contractor Quality Control manager (CQC) shall be responsible for certifying that all submittals are in compliance with the contract requirements.
+ Produce and maintain the Job Site Quality Control Plan, in the preparatory phase and the execution of the works
+ Maintain current records of quality control operations, activities, and tests performed, including the work of subcontractors and suppliers.
+ Produce Daily construction quality control report.
+ Maintain deficiencies list.
**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or equivalent combination of experience and education.
+ Minimum of 5 years of related experience in Hydro Power or 10 years in Construction.

Test all raw materials for quality, density, and flow so adjustments may be made for the production process.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent.

What you'll do:

  • Calculate and record target weight, actual weight, and theoretical weight of all finished products produced from the previous day
  • Produce daily production reports.
  • Check samples of pipe produced for quality control.
  • Once a week conduct color inventory for production needs. Mix special color orders as needed.
  • Conduct ash tests (color), burst tests, and tensile tests to test strength.
  • Communicates the results of testing to supervisors for production adjustments.
  • Confirms inventory of finished product to meet customer needs.
  • Takes initiative to begin inventory process to meet work flow needs.
  • Uses computer to track inventory, colors made, product shipped, production reports, and all testing records.
  • Follows all safety requirements for this position and all company safety guidelines.
  • Completes appropriate paperwork to ensure accurate inventory transactions.
  • Once a month, perform visual check to verify amount of resin in silos. Safety Harness is provided to be used during the use of the ladder.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Software Testing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing in testing and live environments and in writing test scripts. + Monitor and analyze the outcomes of audits and inspections to identify, investigate, and resolve trends. Report results to Divisional and Regional Quality/Management councils

**Job Overview**
The Senior Director of Quality Management Systems will oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of the Company's global GxP quality management system designed to comply with applicable laws and regulations, ensure compliance to the strategy through training and regular management reviews including quality metrics, and direct the functional resources needed to execute this strategy. Directs the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality systems (e.g., vendor management, internal and external audits and inspections, investigations, CAPA, metrics, etc.) and activities. Leads the deployment of an electronic QMS to support all Quality related activities including, but not limited to deviations, investigations, metrics and product quality complaints. **Job Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Oversee the development and maintenance of a Quality Management System in full compliance with all regulatory requirements.
+ Ensure the development of QA systems are effective and in accordance with all government regulations and in compliance with GxPs.
+ Lead Management Reviews and routine Quality metrics reporting to monitor Quality System performance and identify areas for continuous improvement.
+ Manage the development and implementation of all necessary GxP related manuals, policies, processes/procedures and work instructions.
+ Provide guidance and direction on procedures and requirements for meeting applicable regulations and standards.
+ Provide oversight, as needed, on eQMS processes associated with deviations, investigations, CAPA, product complaints, risk management and change control as related to manufacturing and other GxP operations.
+ Ensure vendor oversight through audits, supplier qualification program and on-going performance management.
+ Ensure the organization remains in an Inspection Readiness state by managing an internal audit program for all GxP areas.
+ Manages Inspection Readiness activities and play a leadership role in partner audits and regulatory inspections.
+ Assist in the management of regulatory agency inspections.
+ Manage personnel in all accountable departments with a focus on retention, development and promoting a Quality culture.
+ Monitor industry trends and regulatory expectations to ensure evolution of the Quality Management System and compliance strategy.

**Key Core Competencies**
+ Bachelor's degree or related science discipline required; Advanced degree (MS, PhD, MBA) preferred.
+ 15+ years of experience working in the Pharmaceutical/Biopharmaceutical industry with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing quality systems.
+ Experience in multiple disciplines within Quality (e.g. auditing, investigations, complaints, cGxP oversight, electronic systems management, PAI inspection

The base salary range for this role is $216,400 to $270,500.
