Responsibilities

Registered Nurse (RN) Duties:

• Administer medications and treatments to assigned residents as ordered by physician and utilizing the five rights as applicable.

• Direct and monitor the personal care duties and nursing care procedures carried out by Nursing Assistants of the assigned team.

• Assist Nursing Assistants with direct care of residents, as necessary.

• Report to Unit Manager/Assistant Unit Manager or Charge Nurse unusual symptoms, change of condition, daily needs, and progress of residents.

• Follow the Plan of Care for each resident, and monitor the performance of Nursing Assistants in carrying out the appropriate aspects of the care plan.

• Ensure that resident care standards are maintained in performance of duties, and that the rights of residents and preferences in care and treatment are respected.

• Ensure that residents and staff are treated with respect and kindness at all times.

• Provide assessment of needs and resident care planning information as necessary and requested by nurses and other health care disciplines.

• Observes and practices confidentiality of resident information and privacy when performing job duties.

• Performs assigned duties according to the service excellence standards and goals established for this position.

• Required to float to at-least 2 of our facilities of your choice.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:

• Possession of an RN State license/registration to practice as Registered Licensed Nurse (RN).

• Minimum of two (2) years (RN) nursing experience and at least one year of experience in a leadership role preferred.

• Possession of a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

• Ability to supervise and work well with other personnel required.

• Qualities of maturity, diplomacy, and ability to work well with others required.

• Caring, respectful attitude towards residents required.

• This position requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors. In order to ensure a safe work environment for residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors of the Company, and to permit unfettered communication between the employee and those residents, coworkers, visitors, and supervisors, this position requires that the employee be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at an intermediate or more advanced level.

• Participate in Change-of-Shift Report and is responsible for bringing nursing personnel of next shift up-to-date about the care and needs of residents.

• Provide assessment of needs and resident care planning information as necessary and requested by nurses and other health care disciplines.

• Participate in quality assurance programs upon request.

• Telephone physicians for orders or updates; conduct skin care assessments and diabetic nail care; update family members as needed; start pressure sore, treatment and routing sheets.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will plan, develop, and strategize full cycle talent acquisition and staffing strategies for high-volume hiring with an emphasis on developinga well-qualified, diverse pool of candidates.

Experienced in using ATS, developing effective recruiting strategies with respect to cost and time-to-hire, and H-1B hiring.

Post positions across multiple sites, optimizing community partnerships and job boards.

Screen applications and resumes, maintain resume and application database, interview applicants, refer qualified candidates to the appropriate departments, assist managers in the selection of qualified candidates, and conduct background checks and references.

Responsible for implementing recruitment strategies in the community and via social media, including attending and coordinating job fairs. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external business partners.

Negotiate terms with vendors associated with recruiting.

Compile reports that track the effectiveness of sourcing methods, cost per hire, budgets, vacancies, etc.

Oversee Recruiting Assistant and volunteers/interns.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required. Masters degree preferred.

Minimum Experience : A minimum of five years of recruitment experience with demonstrated results in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Experience in the Human Services industry preferred.

Knowledge of employment law, recruitment processes, best practices pre-employment and recruitment strategies with the ability to accurately apply them to recruiting practices.

Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to change utilizing considerable initiative and judgment.

Ability to develop and maintain effective interpersonal and working relationships at all levels of the organization, establishing true business partnerships

Attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Coordinate with Training and Development around new hire orientation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

JOB SUMMARY: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for executing the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of field-based and hourly roles across North Coast Holdings and its subsidiary companies. This role focuses on sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates while supporting local and regional workforce needs. The TA Specialist will partner with hiring managers, attend hiring events, and build proactive candidate pipelines. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow into a regional recruiting role and is critical to supporting the talent needs of a high-volume, operations-driven business.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: No

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and extending offers for assigned roles
• Partner with operational leaders and the Recruiting Supervisor to understand hiring needs and priorities
• Attend hiring events, job fairs, and community recruiting initiatives to build local talent pipelines
• Support proactive sourcing strategies, utilizing job boards, social media, referrals, and CRM campaigns
• Assist in drafting job postings and ensure consistency across platforms and branding guidelines
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with internal processes
• Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience
• Execute text/email campaigns through the recruitment CRM to attract passive candidates and drive engagement
• Track and report key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and campaign effectiveness
• Provide administrative support as needed, including interview scheduling and offer documentation
• Provide coverage and recruiting support to other team members during peak hiring periods or when covering scheduled PTO.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or coordination (agency or in-house TA experience preferred)

* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and/or CRM tools

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and shift priorities based on business needs

* Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

* Valid driver's license and ability to travel for job fairs or hiring events occasionally

* Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

* Experience in vegetation management or related industries
