A growing financial services company is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full-cycle recruitment for diverse, complex, and high-volume roles. Position Overview

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a strategic advisor to business units, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to onboarding. This role supports hiring across multiple disciplines—including sales, IT, management, and niche technical positions—while ensuring compliance, process efficiency, and alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, selection, and offer negotiation.

Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates through proactive networking and digital sourcing.

Support high-volume recruitment while effectively managing complex and senior-level searches.

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop job profiles, and define hiring criteria.

Advisory & Partnership

Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance TA workflows, technology, and candidate engagement.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including managing multiple requisitions across functions.

Proven success recruiting for sales, technology, and leadership roles in complex or matrixed organizations.

Experience in financial services or mortgage industries strongly preferred.

Strong project management skills and experience implementing new processes or tools.

Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws.

Proficiency with ATS systems (UltiPro/UKG experience a plus).

      • Support the wider TA team with system implementation testing

      • Book travel and accommodations as needed

      • Create, manage & send all MSA & LOE documents to external search firms

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be located in Pisscataway, New Jersey. As the Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will be responsible for the candidate experience for skilled professionals to essential frontline workers. This position offers the opportunity to apply your strategic approach and creativity, making a lasting impact by building a workforce that aligns with our organizational goals and vision. This position is a hybrid role in our facility in Piscataway, NJ. The role pays 80-85k USD annually.
**How you create impact**
+ Plan hiring programs such as email blasts, onsite events, and virtual job fairs
+ Manage requisitions and candidates in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and automated high-volume hiring event platform
+ Develop partnerships with community resources and local colleges to build brand recognition
+ Use resources and develop sourcing strategies to quickly fill positions with quality candidates
+ Create recruiting kits, plan and set up hiring events, make offers of employment, and ensure candidates are swiftly moved through the pre-hire process
+ Use social media and recruiting tools to market open positions and build a talent pipeline
+ Conduct initial application reviews and phone screen candidates to assess qualifications
+ Cultivate trusted working relationships with hiring managers and Human Resources
**What we would like you to bring**
+ 3+ years of experience as a high-volume, full-cycle Recruiter
+ 3+ years of experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Success Factors and recruiting-related systems
+ 3+ years of experience in full cycle recruitment
+ Bilingual in English and Spanish; proficient in verbal and written communication
+ Experience with sourcing tools such as Indeed and LinkedIn

**Title and Summary**
Director, Global Talent Acquisition - Strategy & Operations
We are seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Strategy & Operations Director who will manage the strategic and operational execution of talent acquisition projects with a focus on technology implementation and user experience design. Reporting to the VP Strategy & Operations, this individual will lead a small but mighty team that strives to optimize the recruiter, candidate, and hiring manager experience across the recruitment lifecycle. This role requires strong project management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project plans, track risks, and ensure the successful delivery of talent acquisition initiatives globally while enhancing the candidate experience and improving efficiency. Key responsibilities include designing and improving recruitment processes and technology, partnering with stakeholders, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring global process standardization. 
Key responsibilities:
Act as the business owner for implementing and enhancing talent acquisition technology solutions, ensuring global application across regions and business units. This includes system upgrades, improving user experience, and integrating new tools like AI.
Design, implement, and optimize recruitment technology in partnership with the TA Leadership Team, Technology and Product teams.
Pilot and scale innovative hiring solutions including virtual assessments and skills-based frameworks to meet evolving business needs.
Explore emerging best practices and technologies to enhance the candidate experience and recruiter effectiveness.
Partner with the Recruitment Insights Leader to uncover operational inefficiencies and ways to drive performance and productivity improvements. Ensure processes are globally scalable, compliant, and efficient.
Manage the full lifecycle of talent acquisition projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets and proactively mitigate project risks.
Collaborate with and serve as the liaison between various teams, including Global Talent Acquisition, Technology, and Compliance to align recruitment strategies with business goals and manage project dependencies.
Lead change management activities, including user acceptance testing, training, and communication to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes. 
Oversee recruitment issue escalations, inquiries, platform performance issues, vendor relationships, recruiter onboarding/training, and documentation management.
Drive strategic vendor management and contract optimization for value-based partnerships.
Required skills and experience:
Demonstrated expertise in leveraging recruitment technologies and optimizing systems to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-impact talent solutions
