+ Partners with HR Business Partners and business leaders to drive talent processes and human capital strategy for a broad cross section of the business.
+ Collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver HR services and solutions in line with function and/or regional strategy (e.g. Talent Management, Learning and Development, Compensation & Benefits and Employee Relations).

+ Leads the selection team (hiring manager, interviewer, HR Director and HR coordinator) and ensures that everyone is aligned and executing toward the desired outcome.
+ Oversees the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting pre-screens, facilitating interviews and gathering candidate and management feedback.
+ Deploys interviewing and screening techniques to validate past behaviors and determine fit for the organization in order to accurately match candidates to given positions within the organizations; markets individuals to decision makers.
+ Manages recruitment procedures, metrics and tools to deliver an efficient, effective process and ensure positive hiring manager and candidate experiences.
+ Participates in the development of the enterprise recruitment marketing and sourcing strategy; leverages best practices and technologies to widen potential talent pool and develops and nurtures a network of contacts inside and outside the organization to identify top talent.
+ Stays current on hiring trends, competitor information and employment market conditions.
+ Fosters seamless collaboration across the geographically dispersed Talent Acquisition team to ensure ongoing organizational alignment.
