Essential Functions:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's quality management system to comply with industry standards and customer requirements for ASME tanks, balancing and control valves.
- Establish and enforce quality control processes and procedures to ensure product consistency and reliability.
- Conduct internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements, specifically for ASME certifications and valve industry standards.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- Work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to identify and implement process improvements related to ASME tanks and valve manufacturing.
